    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission synchronizing device having greatly simplified construction for allowing a conventional method of manufacturing a synchronizer or a hub.
      SOLUTION: The transmission synchronizing device 1 comprises the synchronizer 2 non-rotatably supported on a gear shaft and having a recessed portion 6 of a thrust member 7, a sliding sleeve 3 arranged on the synchronizer 2 displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the gear shaft, shift gear sliding wheels 4 arranged on the gear shaft and non-rotatably connected to joint portions 5, a friction means 8 having outer rings 9, 10 for the sliding wheels 4, and a positioning means arranged on the outer rings 9, 10 for determining a position where the synchronizer 2 is stopped. The positioning means has a stopping member 11 arranged on the recessed portion 6 of the thrust member 7 between the synchronizer 2 and each of the outer rings 9, 10.
