The circuit 14 stores the data for an image which is displayed in relation to the point designated by the pen 10. The output of the circuit 14 is given to the device 12 via a driving circuit 19, and the display device 12 displays the form, color, luminance, etc. of an output pattern in symbols or numerical value. When the control is required for the size, luminance, etc. of a display point, the switch 18 is released to perform the control while confirming the display contents.
