    • PURPOSE:To repair a small caliper piping having a small hole by easily closing said small hole by a high viscosity repairing agent, by filling the space between the front pig and rear pig provided to a wire with the high viscosity repairing agent and pulling said wire through the small caliper piping having the small hole in this state. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is sent in a small caliper piping 6 from the rear of a wire stretching line having an umbrella-shaped pig at the leading end thereof to insert the line in the small caliper piping 6 from this side toward the leading end of said piping. A wire 5 is connected to said line to be inserted in the small caliper piping 6, and a front pig 7 and a rear pig 8 are connected to the inserted wire 5 at a predetermined interval so as not to fix the front pig 7. Thereafter, the wire 5 is pulled in the small caliper piping 6 in such a state that the space between both pigs 7, 8 is filled with a high viscosity repairing agent 9. At this time, since the front pig 7 is not fixed to the wire 5, the pigs 7, 8 move in the piping 6 in such a state that pressure is applied to the repairing agent 9 by the friction force between the front pig 7 and the wall of the piping, and the repairing agent 9 is blown out from the small hole 6a of the piping 6 when passes the place where the small hole 6a is present to close the small hole 6a.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out lining of the inside of a tube up to a contracted diameter section of the tube by means of a body moved by back pressure securely and efficiently, by forming the whole or a part of said body all over from the front face to the rear face into a porous body with open cells. CONSTITUTION:Porous soft resin 2 with open cells 1 is formed almost into a shell-shape, and a recessed section 3 is formed at the rear face of said shell- shaped soft resin 2. A liquid lining material 5 is pressed and transferred in accordance with the movement effected by back pressure in the tube to form a body A for coating the inside of the tube. When said body A is used, and the body A is caught in a contracted section 4a of a tube 4, the resistance to the movement and deformation of the body A is reduced by pushing forward the lining material 5 in front of the body A with the fluid passing the body A by the action of the recessed section 3 and the open cells 1. By said arrangement, the diameter of the body A is contracted by passing through the contracted diameter section 4a, and the lining can be continued further.

    • PURPOSE:To make smooth and sure lining even if there are bent parts by connecting plural pieces of lining pigs at prescribed intervals and extending pulling cords having elasticity equally between the rear part of the preceding pigs and the succeeding pigs. CONSTITUTION:The plural pieces of the lining pigs 22, 23 spaced at proper intervals are connected to the front side of a lining pig 21 having a cannon ball shape of a guide device used with a device for lining the inside surface of an existing pipe which is embedded underground and has the bent parts. The connecting parts between the lining pigs 21 and 23, 23 and 22 are formed with the pulling cords 40 such as spring members extended respectively from the rear parts of the preceding pigs and having elasticity to the length approximately equal to the spacing between said pigs and the succeeding pigs. The cords 40 are pivotally supported freely turnably around the pulling points of the succeeding pigs. The pig device is then pulled while the pulling point thereof is drawn toward the center line side of the inside surface of the pipe as the pig device approaches the bent part. The sure lining is thus executed.
