摘要： PURPOSE:To make a secure repair by charging and curing a high-viscosity repairing agent in a leak hole by utilizing a wire for guidance and two pigs, and then boring a hole by using boring equipment. CONSTITUTION:A rubber bag 3 is expanded by applying air pressure to a pressure-resisting tube at a point at a constant interval from a tube end to adhere the bag with the internals surface of a small-diameter tube 1, and air is sent to an LA coupling 5 to inspect whether or not the air pressure drops. The rubber bag 3 is moved to points at constant intervals and similar inspection is repeated to find the position of the leak hole 1a. Then the wire 2 for guidance is used to insert a front pig (made of high-density foamed urethane to a diameter equal to or larger than the internal diameter of the pipe 1), and the wire is moved opposite a fixed pig 6' across the high-viscosity repairing agent 7, which is cured after the wire 2 is extracted. The boring hole 7a is bored from one of the cured reinforcing agent 7 to the tip of a flexible shaft 8a by the boring equipment 8 having a boring tool 8b.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform secure repairing work by detecting the position of a leak hole, arranging a pig device at prearranged position, inserting a flexible tube from a tube end and injecting high-viscosity repairing agent through an LA coupling. CONSTITUTION:A rubber bag is inflated by applying an air pressure to a pressure-resistant tube at a fixed interval from a tube end so that the rubber bag is caused to adhere to the inner surface of a small diameter pipe 1 closely. Then an air pressure is applied to an LA coupling 5 to detect the position of a leak hole. After this, wire 2 with a pig device 6 is introduced into the pipe and a flexible tube 7 is inserted into the pipe through its end. Next, high- viscosity repairing agent 8 is injected through the LA coupling 5. Later the wire 2 is pulled out and the pig device 6 is shaved off after the curing of the agent. Thus the repairing agent does not drip through an secure repair is assured even when a leak hole is large.

摘要： PURPOSE:To repair a small caliper piping having a small hole by easily closing said small hole by a high viscosity repairing agent, by filling the space between the front pig and rear pig provided to a wire with the high viscosity repairing agent and pulling said wire through the small caliper piping having the small hole in this state. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is sent in a small caliper piping 6 from the rear of a wire stretching line having an umbrella-shaped pig at the leading end thereof to insert the line in the small caliper piping 6 from this side toward the leading end of said piping. A wire 5 is connected to said line to be inserted in the small caliper piping 6, and a front pig 7 and a rear pig 8 are connected to the inserted wire 5 at a predetermined interval so as not to fix the front pig 7. Thereafter, the wire 5 is pulled in the small caliper piping 6 in such a state that the space between both pigs 7, 8 is filled with a high viscosity repairing agent 9. At this time, since the front pig 7 is not fixed to the wire 5, the pigs 7, 8 move in the piping 6 in such a state that pressure is applied to the repairing agent 9 by the friction force between the front pig 7 and the wall of the piping, and the repairing agent 9 is blown out from the small hole 6a of the piping 6 when passes the place where the small hole 6a is present to close the small hole 6a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe-leakage inspecting method, which can remove disturbances such as flowing sound and mechanical sound generated in the pipe without especially stopping a plant and can perform accurate judgment without much skill. CONSTITUTION:The sound pressures at two appropriate points A and B of a pipe (a) are detected with sound-pressure sensors 1 and 3. The frequency bands lower than the specified value are removed from the sound signals in sound-pressure measuring devices 2 and 4. The sound-pressure components in the remaining high-frequency band is compared with a reference value, and the presence or absence of leakage is judged. The correlation coefficient is computed from the sound-pressure data at two points with a correlator 5. Thus, a leaking point C is judged.
