    • PURPOSE:To enable even the small-diameter pipes to be lined by mixing two-component mixed epoxy resin paints to mixed gas by means of compressed air and letting the same pass through the inside of the pipe at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin paints of two liquids A, B are passed throuth constant-volume feeders 6, 7 and valves 13, 14 and are mixed to a fixed mixing ratio in a mixing device 2. Next, the mixture passes through a valve 15 and enters a mixing nozzle 3. Compressed air G on the one side goes through a valve 12 and is pressure-fed into the mixing nozzle 3, where it makes the epoxy resin mixed liquid to mist form to form the mixed fluid of the resin-air. This fluid enters an acceleration nozzle 4 through a mist pipe d. The other compressed air goes through a valve 11 then through a regulator 5 to become a high speed air flow which then enters the acceleration nozzle 4 through a valve 16. Here, the mist pipe d air and pipe c meet together and the mixed fluid is more accelerated and plunges into the pipe 1 to be coated by way of inlet pipe e and blow valve 20. The paint particles then deposit on the pipe wall to form a paint layer, after which they flow to an outlet 10 and are recovered into a recovery tank 8.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the waste of paint and form a lining film of uniform thickness by injecting the mixed fluid prepd. by mixing synthetic resin paint and compressed air onto the inside wall surface of a pipe to be lined, and supplying air fluid from its behind. CONSTITUTION:Paint 5 formed by mixing a base consisting of an epoxy resin and a hardener is ejected in the form of mist into a pressure injector 6, where it is mixed with the compressed air from a compressor, whereby a mixed gas A is formed. This mixed gas A is blown through an injection nozzle 17 via an injection pipe 16 to the inside wall surface of the pipe in the form of a hollow inverted cone shape, and paint particles stick on the inside wall surface of the pipe. On the other hand, high pressure air 22 is blown into the high pressure air force-feed port 20 of an air ejector 15 for suction, whereby air flow B is formed. The paint in the mixed gas A stuck on the inside wall surface of the pipe is pushed forward by the mixed flow B and is coated on the inside wall surface of the pipe to 0.5-1mm. thicknesses.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently line the inside wall of water pipes, etc. by filling paint between two pigs and letting the pigs progress in the pipe by air pressure, etc. CONSTITUTION:After the scale in a pipe 1 is removed, a launcher 2 is fixed in the inlet opening 10 of the pipe 1. Two pigs G are loaded in the launcher 2 and the space in the pipe is pulled to a vacuum by opening the valve 7 of a branch pipe. The valve 7 is closed and the valve 8 of a feed pipe is opened to fill the paint Q between the pigs G.
