    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a joint device equipped with a sealing means, form the joint device compactly, and to positively keep the joint device sealed even when the rotational frequency is high. SOLUTION: This joint device equipped with the sealing means includes a joint outside part 3, a joint inside part 4, and a constant velocity universal joint 2 composed of a ball 6 for torque transmission and a cage 7. The ball 6 is guided in a set of ball tracks comprising a ball track 9 on the outside of the joint part and a ball track 10 on the inside of the joint part. A sleeve 16 disposed coaxially with the joint inside part 4 and firmly connected to the joint inside part 4 is provided. The sealing means 12 includes an annular cap 13 fixed to the joint outside part 3 and a sealing diaphragm 15. The sealing diaphragm 15 is firmly connected to the joint outside part 3 by a collar part 18 on the outer peripheral side and closely connected with the sleeve 16 by a collar part 19 on the inner peripheral side. The collar part 19 on the inner peripheral side is fixed on the sleeve 16 by a fixing ring 20.
