    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method using dry ice pellets which can efficiently strip away a UV-cured resin.SOLUTION: Dry ice pellets are blasted against an object to be cleaned fixed on a fixation jig by using dry air to clean the surface of the object. The dry air has a dew point of -60 to -80°C. There is a nozzle that jets the dry air and the dry ice pellets onto the surface of the object, and the gap between the nozzle and the surface of the object is 5-70 mm. The cross-sectional shape of the nozzle is circular, elliptical, or rectangular. Each dry ice pellet has a diameter of 1-3 mm and a length of 1-5 mm, more desirably, 1-3 mm. The object is any one of the top polarization plates, touch panels, and front windows after product disassembling.

      SOLUTION: The device includes: a cleaning medium block 110 for performing phase change on a cleaning medium incurrent from a cleaning medium source to a snowy condition containing a sublimable solid particle, a nozzle block 140 for jetting a cleaning medium snow incurrent from the cleaning medium block 110 onto the surface of the cleaned object by growing the same with adiabatic expansion; a carrier gas block 130 for supplying a carrier gas incurrent from a carrier gas source to the nozzle block 140 to mix the same with the cleaning medium snow; and a heater 150 for heating at least a part of the carrier gas supplied from the carrier gas source.
