CONSTITUTION:A male joint 1 and a female joint 2 are provided, the male joint 1 has an internal cylinder fitted in an external cylinder of the female joint 2, through-holes 8 are provided to sides of the internal cylinder, bar-shaped pieces 9 are fitted and inserted in the through-holes 8, a cylindrical pipe 7 is so provided to the end side facing to hollows of the internal cylinders of the bar-shaped pieces 9 that the sides of the cylindrical pipe 7 are opposed to the ends of the bar-shaped pieces 9, and a pressure-welding section 5 making pressure-weld and deformation of the cylindrical pipe 7 is provided to the hollow front end of the internal cylinder. The other female joint 2 has an external cylinder 4 in which the internal cylinder of the male joint 1 is fitted, and a pressure-welding section 6 making pressure-welding and deformation of the cylindrical pipe 7 is provided to the hollow front end of the external cylinder 4. The male joint 1 is approached to the female joint 2 to project the bar-shaped pieces 9 outward from the surface in the external cylinder 4 to interlock the internal cylinder with the external cylinder through the bar-shaped pieces 9 by having a deformation section 10 deformed outward locally to the side of the external cylinder 4 by forcing out the bar- shaped pieces 9 through the deformation along the expansion of the cylindrical pipe 7 with the pressure-welding of the pressure-welding section to the pressure-welding section 5, and the male joint 1 is to the female joint 2.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a steel pipe sheet pile wall to be easily jointed to a reinforced concrete floor slab by fixing the main reinforcement of the slab to a reinforcement jointing member, and connecting the member to the side of the wall via a plurality of connection members laid at a gap in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:The lower side of a lower reinforcement jointing member body 22 having a preliminarily welded lower connection member 6, is fastened to the steel pipe 17 of a steel pipe sheet pile 4 by welding the member 6 to the steel pipe 17. Thereafter, an upper member 6 is fastened to the upper side of another body 22 and the steel pipe 17, and the lower reinforcement 22 is passed through the reinforcement through-hole 8 of a side plate 7. Also, an anchor plate 9 is coupled to the end of the main reinforcement 22 and an engagement nut 12 is screwed into the end thereof. Also, a cover plate 13 is fixed to the upper side of the body 22, thereby constituting a reinforcement jointing member 3. Then, a spacer is fixed to the upper side of the member 3, and an upper jointing member 3 is constituted via a similar work. Thereafter, the internal space of the upper and lower jointing members 3 is filled with a solidifying agent 10, the steel pipe 17 is filled with concrete 18, and floor slab concrete 19 is placed.
