    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control circuit capable of preventing the occurrence of pinching from being determined by chattering of a switch element. SOLUTION: This motor control circuit 104 includes: a relay circuit 2 which has a coil 2a allowing the flow of an electric current when a motor 102 is driven in the direction of counter rotation; the switch element 8a which is turned on when receiving a command to open a window; the switch element 5 for putting both ends of the coil 2a into a short-circuit state when the switch element 8a is turned on; a detection circuit 6 which detects a submerged state; and a feeder circuit 7 which feeds the electric current to the coil 2a when the detection circuit 6 does not detect the submerged state. The feeder circuit 7 enables the electric current to flow through the coil 2a, even when the electric current flowing to the coil 2a from a power source 105 via the switch element 5 is temporarily shut off because the switch element 5 causes the chattering.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door operating device which can detect pinching of foreign matter by a door, wherein the door operating device is improved in pinching determination accuracy. SOLUTION: According to the operation of the door operating device, when a correction current is in a predetermined increasing state, its increment values are cumulated, and if a current increment cumulative value is in excess of a predetermined current threshold, it is determined that a first pinching condition holds. When a door moving speed is in a predetermined decreasing state, its decrement values are cumulated, and if a door speed decrement cumulative value is in excess of a predetermined door speed threshold, it is determined that a second pinching condition holds. Further when a motor rotational speed is in a predetermined decreasing state, its decrement values are cumulated, and if a motor speed decrement cumulative value is in excess of a predetermined motor speed threshold, it is determined that a third pinching condition holds. Then, pinching is determined based on results of determination of the first to third pinching conditions. Therefore by determining whether a case where load other than pinching is imposed on the door, is an actual pinching or not, based on a phase difference between the door moving speed and the motor rotational speed, the current threshold for determining whether the first pinching condition holds can be reduced to a lower value than a conventional value, and therefore the determination accuracy of actual pinching can be improved.
