Thus, since the frequency of input/output of the data between the finite automaton executing part 11 and the state transition table 110 is reduced, the speedup of retrieval processing can be realized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the start loss, decrease the capacity of a starter device, and simplify the equipment by supplying s gasifying furnace with a starting air with its pressure boosted by a boosting air compressor, which is furnished upstream with a starting air suction system. CONSTITUTION:A starting air suction system 43 is furnished on the suction side of a boosting air compressor 26, and air 15 is inhaled from the atmosphere. The starting air 30 boosted by this air compressor 26 is supplied to a gasifying furnace 1. This enables start of the plant concerned without installing a separate air compressor to be devoted for starting specifically. Because temp. rise of the gasifying furnace 1 can be made by the boosting air compressor 26, the starting loss due to decrease in the aux. fuel at the time of starting will be reduced.

The instruction code is further sent from the instruction register 10 to indirect registers 11-14 for holding an instruction data and a part of the instruction code in the course of executing an instruction. An instruction decoder 1 outputs its address to a microprogram store memory 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable high steam condition to be selected by adjusting the opening of the inlet guide vane of a gas turbine compressor inlet so that the temperature of generated steam does not exceed the upper limit of exhaust gas temperature set previously. CONSTITUTION:Load setting 21 is performed by load dispatching instruction and an actual load so as to become a fuel flow signal 24 by a difference between it and the actual rotation of a gas turbine. In addition, the upper limit of a gas turbine exhaust gas temperature signal 31 is set from compressor delivery pressure in compliance with definitive function, and a fuel flow signal 28 is obtained by the deviation between this and an actual turbine exhaust gas temperature signal 27, and a lower value selecting mean 29 selects a lower signal between the signals 24, 28 so as to control the opening of a fuel adjusting valve 5. In addition, a lower value selecting mean 34 selects a lower signal between an exhaust gas temperature upper limit signal 31 and an exhaust gas observed temperature signal 27 so as to control the opening of the inlet guide vane of a compressor inlet. With this arrangement, high steam condition can be selected without bringing decrease of plant heat efficiency.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control the temp. of a gasifier oven irrespective of a wide load variation range so as to obtain a product gas of constant calorific value, by compensating for an oven temp. decreases occurring in the stage of low load in a entrained bed type coal gasifier oven by elevation of the preheating temp. of a gasifying agent. CONSTITUTION:Coal 1 is fed into a coal gasifier oven 10 through a flow rate regulator 2. A gasifying agent 41, such as air, is fed through a flow rate regulator 42, controlled with signal 57 converted from the signal 56 of the regulator 2 by the use of a control operation unit 3, into a heat exchange 36 wherein preheating is conducted. The preheated gasifying agent 44 is fed into the oven 10, wherein the coal 1 is partially oxidized. The ash is melted and discharged as slag 17, and the crude product gas 11 is cooled by a cooler 12 and fed into a purifier apparatus 14, wherein dedusting and desulfurization are conducted. Most portion of the purified gas 15 is taken out as combustion gas 16. Portion of the combustion gas is extracted as a fuel 21 for gasifying agent preheating, and fed through a flow rate regulator 22. controlled with the temp. signal 51 of the combustion waste gas 37 discharged from the heat exchanger 36, into the oven 10 and a combustor 30 to which the air 31 controlled with the temp. signals 53, 54, 55 of the gasifying agent44 and high temp. combustion gas 35 is introduced. In the combustor, combustion is conducted. The high temp. combustion gas thus formed is fed to the heat exchange 36, wherein the gas is used to preheat the gasifying agent 43.

Since the energy of the high temperature and high pressure fuel cell exhaust gas can be collected by the driving force as an electric output, and the feeding amount of the air 27 in a partial load operation can be reduced, the motive force for the air compressor can be reduced. Consequently, the power generation efficiency of the power generating plant in a partial load operation can be maintained at a high rate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the power of a pressurizing compressor and to improve the overall efficiency of a plant, by decreasing the supply pressure of the air for gasification and coal gasification oven when the load is partially applied. CONSTITUTION:A load requesting signal 13 from the outside is input into a plant control device 14 and compared with an electrical output signal 15 transmitted from a heat generator 11, followed by computation. Corrected signals with respect to the actual pressure and actual temp. of a fuel are added, and a valve opening signal 17 is transmitted to a fuel flow rate control valve 16 to control the output of a gas turbine. The fuel gas pressure at the gas purification output is controlled so as to attain a pressure change pattern corresponding to the load predetermined in the device 14. A coal supply signal 21 is transmitted from the device 14 to a coal supply control device 20 by taking advantage of the deviation between the preset pressure of the fuel gas in the device 14 and a signal 19 from a fuel gas pressure page 18. The flow rate of air 3 supplied into a coal gasification oven 1 is controlled in an air to coal ratio control device 23. The pressurizing compressor 12 is operated at a constant number of revolutions independent of the load of the plant.
