    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize at once a temperature distribution in a hydraulic tank by provided a partition panel orthogonal to a side wall of the tank which extends in a same direction as that of a line connecting between the hydraulic oil inlet and outlet of the tank, and by forming the partition panel a stream line shape so that the curvature of either one of the front and rear surfaces thereof along the center line is greater than that of the other. SOLUTION: A partition panel 1 laid along the direction if a flow 2a from a tank inlet port 2, has a shape such that one of curvature along the center line is greater than the other, and accordingly, a difference is obtained between flowing speeds of hydraulic oil flowing in the upper lower part of the partition panel 1. Thus, the pressure of the upper flow 5 in which stream line are converged, is lower than that of the lower flow in which the stream lines are not dense. As a whole of the tank, a high pressure part 4 and a low pressure part 5 are generated temporarily so that the pressure difference is cancelled out. Thus, the hydraulic oil flow from the high pressure part to the low pressure part, and accordingly, the motion in the tank becomes prosperous so that the temperature distribution of the hydraulic oil 8 can be uniformized. With this arrangement, it is possible to enhance the agitation efficiency so as to enhance the control ability.

    • PURPOSE:To raise safety of printing paper by a method wherein the title printer is so constructed as to superimose a ribbon cover on a rear cover at their contact part and besides, a locking mechanism with a key is attached to the cover side which is first opened. CONSTITUTION:In the case where paper is set to a tractor 6 for exchanging printing paper 8 and carrying the printing paper 8, engagement of a machine body 2 with a rear cover 10 is released with a key lock mechanism 12 to open the rear cover 10. In the case where a ribbon cassette 7 is exchanged, after opening the rear cover 10, a ribbon cover 11 is opened. Reversely, in the case whrere the cover is closed, after closing the ribbon cover 11, the rear cover 10 is closed, and the cover is fixed to the machine body 2 with the key lock mechamism 12. For key lock operation, a key 13 capable of being taken out and put in is rotated in a state in which the rear cover 10 and the ribbon cover 11 are closed, and a lever 14 synchronized with this operation is engaged with the machine body 2. Further, by engagement with the machin body 2 by slide operation of a lever shaft 15 combined with the lever 14, both end parts of the rear cover 10 are locked in the machine body. Thereby, a perfect opening and closing state of the cover can be secured by operation of a key at one position, and safety printing paper arranged in a printer can be raised.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a contact with a cutter and thereby prevent generation of a paper jam by providing a printing head, with a flat tip, formed suitable to press printing paper against a platen, and placing the head in the center of printing paper, if the feed volume of printing paper is counted and the count indicates that the volume stays within a specified range. CONSTITUTION:Printing paper 3 is placed on a tractor wheel 4, then a stepping motor 9 is driven by pressing a switch on a control panel, and the printing paper 3 is transported. After this, the top of the paper is detected by a printing paper detection sensor 12 and a specified volume of paper is transported. In this case, a carrier 7 is moved to the center of the paper by the driving of the stepping motor 11 at the same time as the switch on the control panel is pressed. Consequently, the paper 3 is pressed by a ribbon guide 6, so that the paper can be held only by a carrier operation control system without using a complex mechanism. Thus it is possible to reduce the number of mechanism parts and transport the paper reliably.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a printer of a roller arranging structure in which conveyance of a cutform is certainly performed by a method wherein a pressure roller is arranged on an upper side of a feed roller near a printing part. CONSTITUTION:When a cutform 11 is inserted from a left direction to a right direction, it takes a form of coming in contact with a pressure roller 32 after touching the pressure roller near a crest (a) of a feed roller 32 after touching the pressure roller near a crest (a) of a feed roller 31, and the feed roller 31 generates force conveying the cutform 11 in the right direction. Though reaction force by which the cutform 11 is pushed back in the left direction is generated since the cutform 11 comes in contact with the pressure roller 32, this reaction force is canceled by force generated by contact of feed roller 31 with the cutform 11. The cutform 11 is pinched between both rollers 31, 32 and is certainly conveyed by sucking in a right printing head direction. Since the cutform 11 is so constructed as to comes certainly in contact with the feed roller 11, even though the cutform 11 is inserted slightly aslant, the cutform 11 is sucked by being pinched.

CONSTITUTION:A printing head 1 is mounted on a carrier 2, and printing wires are projected from a tip part 1a of the head 1 to impact against a paper through an ink ribbon 17. The ink ribbon 17 has a plain weave texture comprising warps 20 and wefts 21 intersecting alternately each other, and the length 2bt in the warp direction is the weaving pitch of the wefts. It is considered that the area P of the ribbon when the diameter bw of the printing wire 22 is projected on a model of section of the ribbon is substantially proportional to the printing pressure on the paper by the impact, and the ratio Pmin/Pmax of the minimum Pmin to the maximum Pmax of the area P represents the ununiformity in printed density. Namely, when Pmin/Pmax=1, the printing pressure is constantly fixed, and printed density is uniform. When an ink ribbon in which the ratio Aw=bw/2 bt of the diameter bw of the printing wire to the weaving pitch 2bt of the ribbon is an integer of at least 2 is used, a uniform printed density is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To easily apply printing to a slip and continuous paper, by providing a slip automatic feed mechanism and a continuous paper inserting guide part to the lower part of the table provided on the front side of a printing part and providing a continuous paper driving means to the lower part on the delivery side of a slip feed path. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manual operation, a slip 5a is inserted from the upper surface of a horizontal table upper surface of a horizontal table 4 and fed by a feed roller 6 to reach the lower part of a printing head 2. A guide part 10 for inserting continuous paper 7 from the outside to guide the same to a platen 3 is provided to the lower part of the horizontal table 4 and, when the continuous paper is set, a side plate 2 is moved along with a roller 28 and a paper receiver 27 to make it possible to form a wide space between a printer main body 1 and the side plate 22 and therefore, an operator's hand is inserted in said space to insert the leading end of the continuous paper 7 in the guide part 10 provided to the lower part of the horizontal table 4 and the sprocket holes formed to both sides of the continuous paper 7 are brought into engagement with the sprocket of a pull tractor 8. Subsequently, the pull tractor 8 is operated to successively apply printing to the continuous paper 7 by the printing part 2.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a printer without causing breakdown of the door of a tractor, by constructing the printer such that lower end portion of door engages with a resilient projection of tractor body upon opening of the door. CONSTITUTION:Upon closure of a cover 4 with door 11 of a reactor 9 being opened (failure to close it in the direction of an arrow B), lower end of the cover 4 contacts the door 11. Here, pushing force of the upper cover 4 against the door 11 transmits from the lower end 11a of door to a projection 9a so as to deform the projection 9a resiliently thus disengaging the lower end 11a of door from the projection 9a and rotating the door 11 in the direction of an arrow C together with the upper cover 4. At this time, a sound is produced to alarm opening of the door 11. Consequently, the cover 4 is closed upon closure of the door 11. Since the door 11 is not broken down, the tractor 9 can be arranged near the cover 4 resulting in reduction of the size of a printer.
