    • PURPOSE:To enable suppression of the amplitude of vibration of a vibrating system by using a trapezoid pattern comprising an accelerating feed part, a constant-velocity feed part and a decelerating feed part, as a fundamental pattern of a velocity pattern, and providing an additional velocity pattern at a transition part from the acceleration to the constant-velocity feed of a direct acting body so as to attenuate a residual vibration of the body. CONSTITUTION:A feeding device for a printing head 1 so functions that a paper 16 is fed between a platen 11 and the head 1, and printing wires are protruded from the head 1 against a ribbon 17 disposed between the paper 16 and the head 1, thereby printing. Motive power from a driving motor 15 is transmitted through driving pulleys 12, 14 and a driving belt 13 to a carrier 2, whereby the carrier 2 can be moved in the longitudinal directions of support rails 3, 4. As a velocity pattern for the carrier, an added trapezoid pattern is adopted in which a section of a velocity higher than a velocity for a constant-velocity feed is provided for a predetermined time T0 from the moment of shifting from an acceleration to the constant-velocity feed. With the velocity pattern adopted and with the time T0 in the added trapezoid pattern selected appropriately, a residual vibration is reduced, and slippage in printing is substantially eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate ununiformity in printed density in the feeding direction of a printing head and enhance printing quality, by a construction wherein the value obtained by dividing the diameter of a printing wire by the weaving pitch in the weft direction of an ink ribbon is an integer of at least 2. CONSTITUTION:A printing head 1 is mounted on a carrier 2, and printing wires are projected from a tip part 1a of the head 1 to impact against a paper through an ink ribbon 17. The ink ribbon 17 has a plain weave texture comprising warps 20 and wefts 21 intersecting alternately each other, and the length 2bt in the warp direction is the weaving pitch of the wefts. It is considered that the area P of the ribbon when the diameter bw of the printing wire 22 is projected on a model of section of the ribbon is substantially proportional to the printing pressure on the paper by the impact, and the ratio Pmin/Pmax of the minimum Pmin to the maximum Pmax of the area P represents the ununiformity in printed density. Namely, when Pmin/Pmax=1, the printing pressure is constantly fixed, and printed density is uniform. When an ink ribbon in which the ratio Aw=bw/2 bt of the diameter bw of the printing wire to the weaving pitch 2bt of the ribbon is an integer of at least 2 is used, a uniform printed density is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the propagation of vibration from a motor to a fan in a simple manner by holding an impeller attached to a driving shaft projecting out of the motor with two rubber preventers consisting of two plates holding rubber between, and forming a clearance in an interval between the impeller and the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:In this air conditioner fan, an impeller is attached to a driving shaft 2a projecting out of a motor. In this case, this impeller is held by two rubber preventers consisting of two plates holding rubber between, and a clearance is formed in an interval between the impeller and the driving shaft. In brief, a driving shaft diameter A is set to be smaller than a driving shaft inserting hole diameter B and thereby the driving shaft 2a and the fan are always maintained in a noncontact way, whereby vibration in the motor is prevented from being propagated to the fan, forestalling any noise due to resonance. On the other hand, torque out of the driving shaft 2a is transmitted via plural rubber vibration insulators. Each rubber vibration insulator is made up of unitizing each of flat washers 3a, 3g, pinned washers 3c, 3e and rubber pieces 3b, 3f as one boy and these elements are attached to the motor side and the shaft end side respectively.
