摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the adverse effect, by stopping a scanning circuit in synchronizing with a synchronizing signal after the depression of a shutter switch, then opening and closing a shutter and operating the scanning circuit again, and making a dark current independent of time elapse. CONSTITUTION:From a pulse A generated when the shutter switch 20 is set on, a gate pulse B in synchronizing with a vertical or horizontal shift pulse of a solid-state pickup element is formed. The continuous vertical and horizontal shift pulse is gated with the pulse B. As a result, the period where no shift pulse exists is obtained, and during this period, the operation of the solid-state image pickup element for one horizontal scanning period only is stopped. The shutter 16 is opened and closed for this period and a light is irradiated to a solid-state image pickup element 17. A pulse E for the period scanning the element 17 for one screen's share is formed from the trailing edge of the pulse B, only the signal during this period is processed at a signal processing circuit 18 and read out at a recorder 19.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the fixed pattern noise, by varying ON level of a transfer gate while the video information is read out of a vertical signal line. CONSTITUTION:First the gate voltage of a transfer gate MOS transistor TRTX2 is turned off, and at the same time a sufficiently large level of electric charge is stored to a vertical signal line through an MOSTRBLG. When the MOSTRBLG is turned off again, the electric charge is taken outside from the vertical signal line. At the same time, a pseudo signal is also extracted. While some variance remains with the electric charge of each vertical signal line. On the other hand, the gate voltage of the TRTX2 is turned on again by an amount equivalent to VG/n after a prescribed period. Thus the electric charge is taken outside of the vertical signal line to be used as the bias voltage. Then the variance of the electric charge can be reduced. Thereafter, the same operation is repeated (n) times to reduce more the variance of the electric charge.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain video signals with excellent picture quality at a high transfer efficiency, by providing bias charges of >=2 sets for a CTD in response to one vertical signal output line and using one for the sweep-out of a virtual signal and the other for the readout of the signal charges. CONSTITUTION:A bias charge 44 out of bias charges 43, 44 and 43' stored in advance under storage electrodes 41, 45 and 47 of the CTD is first applied to a vertical signal output line 26 to sweep out a virtual signal such as smear leaked on the line 26 to the CTD. Thus, the electric charges comprising the bias charges and the virtual signal are swept out in a drain 31. The bias charge 43 under the adjacent electrode 41 is transferred under the electrode 45 and this charge is used for the readout of the signal charges by taking the charge as the bias charge. Thus, the charges are transferred very efficiently and smoothly, and the generation of fixed pattern noise due to the dispersion in threshold voltage and transfer rate of horizontal switches 28 and 29.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce or prevent lateral flow of electric charges between picture elements of a photo conductive film, prevent deterioration of the picture quality, and improve the resolution, by forming the 3rd electrode between each 1st electrode of the titled solid-state image pickup device. CONSTITUTION:A thin SiO2 film is formed on a semiconductor substrate 11 and a Si3O4 film is formed on a prescribed location of the film, and then, a SiO2 layer 8 is formed by locally oxidizing silicon in a prescribed atmosphere. Then, a gate 12 and impurity diffusing layers 9 and 16 are formed from polysilicone and a SiO2 film is formed on them. Moreover, an electrode 10-1 is formed to the layer 16 in this film and a lower electrode 13 is formed on the layer 9, and, at the same time, an electrode 7 which passes light is also formed. A new electrode 17 is formed between the lower electrodes 13 in a photo conductive film 5' on the layer 8, and a voltage V'TAU having a prescribed relationship with a voltage VTAU to be applied upon the electrode 7 is applied upon the electrode 17. Thus the lateral flow of electric charges between picture elements of the film 5' is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:When mosaic color filter (a) is provided in front of the solid image pickup plate, Y and R signals and B and Y signals are obtained alternately at output lines 9 and 10 respectively. Here, the frequency of horizontal clock pulses of the horizontal scanning circuit of the solid image pickup device is defined as 7.16M Hz. Y signal selecting switching circuit 52 outputs Y signals and applies them to luminance signal process circuit 51 through LPF 35. BPF 36 and 37 have 3.58M+ or - 500K Hz to obtain (R-Y) conswt and (B-Y) sinwt as outputs respectively. Phase shifter 38 delays the phase by pi/2. A proper ratio is obtained by coefficient equipments 39 and 40, and two signals are added. Since the chrominance carrier frequency is an odd integral multiple of the horizontal scanning frequency in the NTSC system, the phase of the chrominance carrier wave is inverted by inverter 41 at every 1H.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the light using efficiency with increased resolution by forming the mosaic-type color filters so that it may always transmit in common one of the red, green and blue components. CONSTITUTION:The optional adjacent four units of the mosaic-type color filters are composed always of different types of filters. In other words, one of the four filters is always the W-filter along with one of the R, G and B filters plus of two of the complementary filters containing the transmission light component of the filter which is selected among the R, G and B filters. As a result, the using efficiency of the light can be enhanced greatly. Furthermore, the output of the optional two adjacent horizontal lines are added together in order to always obtain the (2R+G+ B) signal, (R+2G+B) signal or (R+G+2B) signal. In addition, the four photo detectors all can receive the green component, thus increasing greatly the resolution in the oblique direction.

The controller 9 which received the signal beam stores temporarily the terminal code and also transmits the first non-directions signal through a room controller. This non-directional signal is received by a 1st receiver 21 through a remote control terminal and then displayed on an item display device 23 via a display control means 22. Thus an operator confirms the display of the device 23 and then pushes a confirmation switch.
