    • PURPOSE:To repair a breakage portion in a short time as the dimensional accuracy of an electrode pattern is maintained by applying electrode paste to the breakage portion, and firing the breakage portion locally by means of laser without firing the whole board. CONSTITUTION:In repairing a breakage portion 3, the same stuff as an electrode paste is used as a repairing paste 4, and the repairing paste 4 is applied so as to fill up the breakage portion 3, and is dried in an oven. YAG laser with optimized energy density, spot diameter, processing time is radiated to an irradiation area 5 covering the repairing paste 4 so as to burn up organic component in the repairing paste 4. The laser radiation of CW oscillation is generated, is transmitted through optical fiber, and is radiated to the repairing paste 4. This irradiation conditions are for instance as follows, lamp current is 25-30 A, a beam diameter is 0.1-5mm, an irradiation time is 0.1-6 seconds. Thereby it is possible to repair the breakage portion 3 so as to obtain conductivity equivalent to that of a nonbreakage portion.

    • PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous coating of plural kinds of viscous materials by discharging the viscous materials from plural discharge nozzles onto a continuously traveling base material sheet, coating the materials onto the sheet and leveling off the respective viscous materials on the down stream of the nozzles. CONSTITUTION:The base material about sheet 2 is left off from a feed roll, travels at a specified speed under the plural discharge nozzles 13 and is taken up on a take-up roll. The viscous materials A-C are supplied at a specified flow rate from respective constant rate discharging machines 14A-14C to the respective discharge nozzles 13 and are coated in the form of continuous band-shaped films from the nozzles 13 onto the sheet 2 during the travel of the sheet. The sheet 2 to which the materials A-C are stuck is then passed between a surface smoothing roller 15 and a supporting roller 16 by which the viscous materials are leveled off and smoothed to a uniform thickness. The sheet is thereafter dried by passing a dryer 17. The band-shaped reagent layers 3-5 are thus formed.
