摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the operation schedule planning device for the production machine which can automatically plan an operation schedule for operating the production machine as efficiently as possible. CONSTITUTION:An operation schedule storage means 20 is stored with the operation schedule indicating the process order when five jobs A, B, C, D, and E area processed by the production machine. When an order accepting means 10 accepts new jobs F, G, and H, a delivery period decision means 30 decides whether or not there is a job earlier in the data of delivery than the jobs A, B, C, D, and E among the jogs F, G, and H. As a result, the ink-like viscous substance can be applied to the base sheet in a stable state and can also be applied in a desired shape.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the operation time and to improve the environmental hygiene, with reduced loss of viscous substance, by providing a single or plurality of constant volume discharging means for supplying said viscous substance to a predetermined position on a screen printing plate. CONSTITUTION:A constant volume discharging means 13 of an injector model is provided above a screen printing plate 1. A discharging port 14 of the discharging means 13 is facing to a screen 1A. An actuator 15 provided with an arm 16 holding the discharging means 13 moves the arm 16 in a direction shown by an arrow A. By operating the actuator 15, the discharging means 13 is moved to a predetermined position. This movement may be carried out on the basis of the set program or by a hand switch or foot switch. Depending on the case, the discharging means 13 may be manually moved. When the discharging means 13 reaches the predetermined position, it is operated to discharge viscous substance such as ink etc. by a desired amount, and accordingly, the desired amount of the viscous substance is supplied onto the screen 1A. Then, the general screen printing operation is conducted as usual.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a storage device for sheet-shaped articles which can carry any sheet-shaped article into and from a desired position and efficiently store the article in a reduced space. CONSTITUTION:An article storage unit 10 comprises a number of trays 11 stacked one on another. A support 14 is secured to each tray 11 and slides vertically along a stanchion 15. In order to carry a sheet-shaped article 1 onto a tray layer T4, a tray layer T5 and those above it are lifted and the tray layer T4 is held in a raised state so as to secure a space required for the tray layer T4 to rise and fall. An article transfer portion 20 comprises a support plate 21 and arms 22, 23, and the sheet-shaped article 1 is placed on the arms 22, 23. When the support plate 21 is moved in directions indicated by arrow A, B, C, the arms 22, 23 pass the respective notched portions 12, 13 of each tray 11 from above and the sheet-shaped article 1 is carried onto the tray layer T4.

CONSTITUTION:The base material about sheet 2 is left off from a feed roll, travels at a specified speed under the plural discharge nozzles 13 and is taken up on a take-up roll. The viscous materials A-C are supplied at a specified flow rate from respective constant rate discharging machines 14A-14C to the respective discharge nozzles 13 and are coated in the form of continuous band-shaped films from the nozzles 13 onto the sheet 2 during the travel of the sheet. The sheet 2 to which the materials A-C are stuck is then passed between a surface smoothing roller 15 and a supporting roller 16 by which the viscous materials are leveled off and smoothed to a uniform thickness. The sheet is thereafter dried by passing a dryer 17. The band-shaped reagent layers 3-5 are thus formed.

Further, a probjected part 6 whose an inner contour is almost equal to a contour of the plate hole 3 is provided all over between the plate hole 3 equivalent to a pattern 2 of the back 4' of the plate surface and the recessed part 5. Then, on printed matter, the pattern 2 is enclosed by the pattern 1 and both are formed in close vicinity to each other.
