Since the low moisture permeable sheet 3 restrains or substantially eliminates moisture permeability to an adjacent heat insulating sheet 2, and prevents the deterioration of heat insulating performance by absorbing moisture by the heat insulating sheet 2. This low moisture permeable sheet 3 is composed of a polyamide resin, a cellulose triacetate resin, cellophane, a polystyrene resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyallylate resin or a polyimide resin to be thus applied to a building material to improve heat insulating performance.

After collecting the allergen, the inspection body is removed from the vacuum cleaner and the dust collecting bag 4 is folded from a folding section 8 and the soft wrapping bag of an antigen dissolving solution supplying section 3 is compressed by beating the bag 4 from the upside so that the antigen dissolving solution may flow to the allergen collecting section 1. The antigen dissolving solution reaches the allergen detecting body 2 after coming into contact with the allergen and dissolving the antigen of the allergen and the allergen dissolved in the solution is detected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a good thick-film pattern by forming a subtractive masking layer from a photosensitive resin which has no surface tackiness after drying. CONSTITUTION:A subtractive masking layer to be formed on a thick-film-pattern forming material applied to a panel is formed from a photosensitive resin which has no surface tackiness after drying. Since the photosensitive resin is in liquid form, the thickness of the film can be adjusted and a high-definition pattern can be resolved, so a subtractive masking layer with a good pattern can be obtained. Also, the masking layer mates with even an irregular surface and provides higher adhesion strength, so peeling does not occur during developing processes and the masking layer bonded to a subject for subtractive processing can be made. Then subtractive processing can be achieved with a good pattern, and since the photosensitive resin has no surface tackiness when dried after being applied, the possibility of an exposure mask clinging to the resin and being soiled is eliminated. A good thick-film pattern can thus be formed.
