摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling method improving the labeling accuracy onto a can body, balancing tension or the like applied to strip materials, cutting the strip materials stably. SOLUTION: A decorated film 3 is sucked and pulled by a sticking roller 1, and under the above condition a cutting roller 2 of a rotary cutter revolves. A rotary knife 5 comes into contact with a fixed knife 4 placed in parallel with a revolving axis in the decorated film to start cutting the decorated film 3. Cutting points f brought between the rotary knife 5 and the fixed knife 4 by the revolution of the cutting roller 2 move from the center to both ends 3a of the decorated film. Cutting of the decorated film 3 is finished when the cutting points f reach the both ends of the film.

The carrying passage can be used as the tentative escape passage of the document in common by enabling the two-way carriage and by installing the cut part in a longitudinal carrying passage connecting the upper and lower carrying passages.

SOLUTION: A front part and a rear part rotary cutters 2, 3 are arranged in parallel on continuous printing paper 1 on which multiple unit print A is made through a margin B at almost equal intervals as a transfer size L1 of the unit print A. By this transfer, the front part margin B of the forward unit print A of the continuous printing paper 1 is protruded forward from the cutting line of the front part rotary cutter 2. Then, the front margin B is cut along the forward edge of the forward unit print A by the front part rotary cutter 2 and is removed. Almost at the same time, the latter margin B is cut along the rear edge of the forward unit print A by the rear part rotary cutter 3, to obtain a unit print paper sheet A' that has no margin B in the front part and the rear part.
