    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce a unit printed paper sheet that has no margins in the front part and the rear part under the transfer of the continuous printing paper. SOLUTION: A front part and a rear part rotary cutters 2, 3 are arranged in parallel on continuous printing paper 1 on which multiple unit print A is made through a margin B at almost equal intervals as a transfer size L1 of the unit print A. A transfer quantity L3 of the continuous printing paper 1 during both rotary cutters 2, 3 make one turn, is set on the transfer quantity of the transfer direction size L1 of the unit print A to which the transfer direction size L2 of the front part margin B is added. By this transfer, the front part margin B of the forward unit print A of the continuous printing paper 1 is protruded forward from the cutting line of the front part rotary cutter 2. Then, the front margin B is cut along the forward edge of the forward unit print A by the front part rotary cutter 2 and is removed. Almost at the same time, the latter margin B is cut along the rear edge of the forward unit print A by the rear part rotary cutter 3, to obtain a unit print paper sheet A' that has no margin B in the front part and the rear part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a counted and stacked block from bulky stacked paper, effectively preventing the incomplete counting of a counter and performing sound work for supplying an uncounted and stacked block, parted from the bulky stacked paper, to the next process. SOLUTION: The method for forming the counted and stacked block from the bulky stacked paper comprises temporarily supporting the uncounted and stacked block 3, parted from the upper part of the bulky stacked paper, on a temporarily supporting table 9, transferring the uncounted and stacked block 3, temporarily supported on the temporarily supporting table 9, on a lower elevator 10, moving the lower elevator 10 up for supplementing and planely stacked the counted and stacked block 3 on the lower face of a preceding stacked block 12, supported on an upper elevator 11, and supplying the counted and stacked block 14, parted from the upper part of the planely stacked block 13, to the next process while supporting the preceding stacked block 12 and the planely stacked block 13 of the uncounted and stacked block 3 using one of the elevators.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passport capable of soundly holding a card by recording personal information, inserting and adhering the card between first and second films of a previously bookbound virgin passport. SOLUTION: The passport comprises a personal data card B which records personal information of a person himself of an entrant or a leaving person. In this case, a translucent synthetic resin face film 12 is adhered to a personal information recording page of the card B. A synthetic resin back film 13 is adhered to a page of an opposite side to the personal recording page of the card B. The films 12 and 13 have binding margins 14 adhered to each other by extending from rear edges d of the card B. A visa sheet 1 for impressing an entry or a departure certification seal and a cover sheet 10 are bound together by the margins 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method effectively preventing a position deviation at cutting time due to a watermark land part of multi-pild securities block and a printing ink banking part and properly executing divided cutting and accurate cutting of the multi-piled securities block. SOLUTION: A multi-piled securities block 1 having a watermark land part and a printing ink banking part for forgery preventing is intended to be cut, while holding the multi-pild securities block 1 between a receiving base 2 and a retaining head 3, a cutting blade 4 is operated, to execut divided cutting or accurate cutting. Here, in a retaining surface of the retaining head 3, a recessed part 3b having shape corresponding to an overlap part of the watermark land part and the printing ink banking part and similar to a protruded part 1a formed on the overlap part is given and the cutting is executed by receiving the protruded part 1a in the recessed part 3d at the time of holding the multi-piled securities 1 between the receiving base 2 and the retaining head 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish the acceleration of a count operation and surely perform a scooping up operation of a sheet corner part under high speed rotation. SOLUTION: Sheet adsorbing fins 4 which are arranged on a peripheral part of a lower disk 2 in equal intervals have a sheet adsorbing hole on its bottom. Sheet introducing slits 7 are formed between the top of a parting nails 5 that project in a rotational direction from an edge part of a sheet adsorbing fin of the disk 2 and the bottom of an upper disk 1 that covers each parting nail. Sheet lead-through slits 11 that are arranged on peripheral parts of the upper disk in equal intervals are mutually communicated with the sheet introducing slits. The sheet adsorbing fin adsorbs the top of a corner part of each accumulated sheet, and the sheet parting nail intervenes the bottom of a corner part of the absorbed sheet, adsorbs it up, introduces it into the sheet introducing slit and scoops it up onto the top of the upper disk through the slit 11.

    • PURPOSE:To align a bunch of printing unit blocks effectively and economically and in a small space by furnishing the primary and secondary cutting means, an upper and a lower rail, a supporting means, and an aligning/transporting rail which receives fallen blocks, puts them in alignment. and carries out to the next processing stage. CONSTITUTION:A printing unit block aligning device includes a primary cutting means 2, which cuts a large-form sheet block 1' of a large-form sheet having undergone multi-face printing in longitudinal and transverse rows into row unit blocks 3, and a secondary cutting means 4 which cuts each row unit block 3 into printing unit blocks 5. A bunch of printing unit blocks 5 is opened and shut in the supported position and released position by an upper rail 8 for every row unit block 3, and the bunch of the printing unit blocks 5 dropped by movement to the released position is received by a lower rail 10 for each row unit block 3, and the bunch of printing unit blocks 5 carried out from the lower rail 10 is opened and shut in the supported position and released position by a supporting means 15, and the dropped printing unit blocks 5 are received, aligned, and carried out by an aligning/transporting rail 17 to the next processing stage.
