摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain recorded images of stable quality by rediffusing concentrated magnetic fluid generated in unequal magnetic field by arranging plural electrodes at such places where ununiform magnetic fields in magnetic fluid tend to act. CONSTITUTION:A recording head unit is composed by such an arrangement wherein a multi stylus recording electrode 1 is installed to a base 5, a magnet 2 for bulging which magnetizes the recording electrode 1 is adhered to the electrode 1, magnetic fluid 3 is supported by the magnetized recording electrode 1 and the magnet 2 for bulging, and an electrode 10 is provided in the vicinity of the slope of the magnet 2 for bulging so that it is brought to contact with the magnetic fluid 3. To prevent a sedimentation layer 4 of magnetic fluid of high magnetic particle density from being formed, electric charge is injected into the sedimentation layer 4 by applying a voltage between the electrode 10 and the recording electrode 1, as required, and the sedimentation layer 4 is caused to diffuse and mix with magnetic fluid 3 and the magnetic particle density of the magnetic fluid 3 is constantly maintained uniform.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent condensation due to the magnetic force of ink at a supply part, to smooth the flying of the ink, and to enhance picture quality, by providing a rotatable ink attracting means containing a magnet in the vicinity of a printing head wherein a protruded magnet is provided. CONSTITUTION:When the ink 14 is jetted from a nozzle 15, the amount of the ink attached to the protruded magnet 13 is gradually increased, and the protruded part delta is formed. As the amount of the attached ink increases, the ink is attracted by an ink attracting magnet 16, scrached by an ink adjusting means 17, and drops into a recovery tank 18. The amount of the protrusion of the ink 14 can be adjusted by adjusting a distance d2 between the ink adjusting means 17 and the ink attracting magnet 16 and a distance d1 between the protruded magnet 13 and the attracting magnet 16.

CONSTITUTION:A stylus substrate 6 has an acute angle theta at its end and both faces of it are provided with two rows of magnetic multi-styli that become zigzag at the end. A raising magnet 2 is installed on each multi-stylus near its end, and those magnets have the same direction of magnetic pole. If the angle theta is made an acute angle from 30-80 deg., the voltage required for flying magnetic ink can be made low, and dirtiness of printed letters can be avoided by giving the tips of the raising magnets 2 an angle from 30-60 deg..

A liquid level 15 in the storage part 13 is always kept in a constant state. The protruding magnet 7 and the magnet 17 are positioned facing oppositely to each other, magnetic lines of force generated from the N poles of the two magnets concentrate at the opening 19, and thereby a magnetic fluid 8 is held by a storage force, which results in preventing flowing of air from the outside into the retainer receptacle 18 in a negative pressure state.

Then, a beautiful white picture is formed without leaving black spots in a white picture, allowing to increase the quality of picture.

The size of the scanning spots that form the line 55 is varied by the size of the opening 49. In the diagram, the figures 43a and 43b are semiconductor lasers, 44 and 45 are current driving circuits and 46 is a pattern generating circuit respectively.

In case of a read mode, a toner image on the drum 7 is irradiated by the laser beam, its reflected ray is separated by the half- mirror 22, and it is read by the detector 24. When an original is directly scanned and read, a red color part such as a red mark cannot be read since its color is same as a laser beam, but when that which has been converted to a toner image once is beam-scanned, it can be read.

The friction plate 22 is wound around the rotary friction body 20 by the frictional force. The lower part of a guide plate 21 is thrusted on the central part of the friction plane 22 and deflected toward the rotary friction body. As a result, the front ends of sheets of paper 18 are deflected in a direction to be wound ground the rotary friction body 20. The lower the sheet is, the more the deflection of its front end is. Since the sheets 18 are wound around the rotary friction body 20, the sheet driving force of the friction body is increased to perform sure paper feed.
