    • PURPOSE: To provide a mounting structure for a cleaning device of an air conditioner, which can be commonly used in fan motors of different sizes at the time of mounting a device body on the fan motor, in the device for cleaning a heat exchanger wherein cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the heat exchanger to remove stains of soot on a ceiling recessed air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: This structure is composed of a tubular body 1 outwardly fitted to a vertically disposed fan motor, a securing means 4 for making a top portion of the tubular body detachably engage with an upper peripheral portion of the fan motor and a supporting means for supporting a device body in a bottom portion of the tubular body. The securing means 4 comprises a rubber band of a specified length, an upper hook fastened to a top end of the rubber band so as to be hooked to the upper peripheral portion of the fan motor and a lower hook fastened to a bottom end of the rubber band so as to be hooked to a lower peripheral portion of the tubular body. The tubular body may be of a connected structure wherein a lower small diameter portion and an upper large diameter portion to be outwardly fitted to the fan motor are connected with each other or a flange portion may be protrusively formed on an internal circumference of the bottom end portion.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid on-line down in advance and to improve the working efficiency at the time of generating an on-line system by defining an on-line constitution definition parameter as input data, calculating memory required amount and performing the storage propriety decision of the main storage device of a communication controller. CONSTITUTION:A user prepares the constitution definition parameter 4 for generation of communication control program to which the main storage capacity value definition sentence 41 of the main storage device 51 in a communication controller is added from a terminal equipment 6 and starts a communication control program generator 1. A count calculation decision processing part 2 inputs a constitution definition parameter 4, counts the definition sentence for calculating the memory required amount of the communication controller for a counter table 3, calculates memory required amount based on the enumeration calculating formula of the memory required amount of tire existing communication controller in an explanation manual, compares the amount and the main storage capacity value of the main storage device 51 within the communication controller and outputs no generation of a communication control program if the storage is impossible and deficient memory amount as a decision result to an output device 7.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the processing accuracy of a distributor and unify the amount of refrigerant to be distributed by forming a distributing flow passage hole gathering center in a shape of a ball. CONSTITUTION:Two-phased refrigerant stream flowing through a gathering flow passage hole 2 as indicated by an arrow, while passing by a nozzle part 11, becomes a jetstream and flows out. The jetstream flowing out is distributed by a distributing flow passage hole 1 and then flows out to a heat changer. At this time, by forming a distributing flow passage hole gathering center 4 in a spherical surface, a treatment tolerance of the distributing flow passage hole 1 and a displacement of a tip end position of the distributing flow passage hole gathering center 4 from the central position of the gathering flow passage hole 2 can be absorbed. Further, the refrigerant which flows in collides with the distributing flow passage hole gathering center 4, and is then distributed smoothly along the spherical surface as indicated by arrows and flows out. Thus, the amount of refrigerant distribution can be unified.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the blast noise of a fan and to enhance heat exchanging efficiency by uniformizing the velocity distribution of air passing through the respective parts cf a heat exchanger in the circumferential direction thereof by changing the distance between the leading end surface of a bell mouth and the lower end of the fan along the circumferential direction of the fan. CONSTITUTION:A shroud 9 constituted so that the distance DELTAa between the upper end part 16 of the shroud 9 and the leading end part 14 of a bell mouth becomes large gradually on the 1/2 outer circumference of a circle of a fan inserting opening part and becomes small gradually on the other 1/2 outer circumference of a circle thereof is provided to the upper surface of a unit. Since the distance DELTA between the leading end part 14 of the mouth and the lower end surface 13 of a fan 7 changes in the circumferential direction of the fan, the area of a heat exchanger element 2x changes in inverse proportion according to the distance DELTA to act so as to uniformize the velocity distribution of air in the circumferential direction of the respective parts of a heat exchanger 2. As a result, since heat exchange efficiency is increased and the max. value of air velocity becomes low, the air passing resistance of the heat exchanger is reduced and blast noise is reduced with the reduction in the load of the fan.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively mix the air in a room by providing air inlet ports at the central parts of both side surfaces of a main body and air outlet ports at the upper and lower parts of the main body, disposing a heat exchanger at the central part within the main body and a blower for blowing the air to both sides at the upper and lower parts, respectively, and opening the outlet ports on both sides of the blower in an obliquely vertical direction and in such a manner that the outlet ports on the right and left sides are arranged alternately. CONSTITUTION:A blowing device consisting of a casing 3 and a fan 6 capable of blowing air out of the right and left side surfaces of a main body 1 is set in each of the upper and lower parts of the main body 1 formed into longitudinarily elongated configuration, a heat exchanger 2 being held between the two blowing devices, and the main body 1 is connected to each of the casing 3 by air outlet ports 5. A space in the main body wherein the heat exchanger 2 is set is also connected to air inlet ports 4. The air stream sucked in through a fan inlet port 41 opening to the center of the casing 3 and blown right and left by the fan 6 is vertically inclined in its main stream at the sectorial part of the casing 3, and, at the air outlet ports 5 of the main body, the air streams distributed vertically in the range of about 10 deg. can be obtained. Since the air blown right and left flows at an angle alternately in the vertical direction, an air circulation is caused not only in the horizontal direction but also in the vertical direction, and the vortex-like mixture of the air is effected in a room.
