      SOLUTION: A receiver (radio receiving device) has a transmission processing unit for providing a radio signal defining a radio frequency band and transmission frequency for each radio transmission signal to a plurality of cameras (radio transmitting devices) No C1 to C5, and a reception processing unit of the control signal thereof is provided on the camera. The frequency band and the center frequency of a radio transmission signal can be changed according to an inputted control signal by each camera.
