A laser marker 20 marks the package of the product using a laser with a mark including data about the date of inspection or fabrication of the product and serial number. Files of the X-ray images and the marks are stored in hard disc 52. A report of defectives is created from the files stored in the disc 52. After completion of the inspection, the data stored in the disc 52 are stored into a DVD-RAM positioned in a DVD-RAM drive 53.
