Each of the unit prisms 35 extends linearly in a direction intersecting with an array direction of the unit prisms. When viewed from a direction parallel with the array direction of the unit prisms, each unit prism comprises an outside contour of a polygonal line for forming irregularity. Regarding a plurality of convex projections 37 defined by the outside contour of the polygonal line of one unit prism, distance between the apexes 37a of each convex projections that are spaced at the largest distance from the body part, and the body part along a normal line direction to the body part are not constant.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a cover sheet along the linear end edge of a substrate, and to avoid damage to the end edge of the substrate.SOLUTION: A cutting apparatus includes: a disk blade for trimming the cover sheet along the linear end edge of the substrate; a driving means for rotating the disk blade; and a moving means for moving either of the driving means and the substrate so as to relatively move the disk blade along the linear end edge. The cutting apparatus further includes: a pivoting means for pivoting the disk blade about the axis perpendicular to the surface of the substrate and keeping the pivoted angle of the disk blade in order to adjust an angle formed of a plane which includes the linear end edge and is perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, and a plane formed of the disk blade; and a control means for controlling the moving means and the pivoting means.
