    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter unit in which an adhesive coating the adhesive coated surface of a print paper does not adhere to the movable blade of the cutter unit when the print paper is cut, and thereby the print paper in the conveyance process does not stick to the movable blade to cause jamming.SOLUTION: The cutter unit includes a conveying mechanism, a first blade 25, and a second blade 26. The conveying mechanism conveys a print paper having an adhesive coated surface 2a coated with an adhesive. The first blade 25 is provided on the opposite surface side from the adhesive coated surface 2a in a conveying path of the print paper conveyed by the conveying mechanism. The second blade 26 is provided on the side of the adhesive coaed surface 2a in the conveying path, and cuts the print paper while tucking down between the second blade and the first blade 25. The contact surface 26a of the second blade 26 which comes into contact with the print paper in the conveying path is coated with an adhesion-retardant agent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that neither an operator nor an automatic labeling apparatus can easily remove a label.SOLUTION: A cutter unit includes a conveying mechanism, a first blade and a second blade. The conveying mechanism conveys a linerless label which is not stuck to a mount paper. The first blade is provided on the print surface side of the linerless label to be conveyed. The second blade is provided on the adhesive member applied surface side of the linerless label to be conveyed, and has a cutting part which cuts the linerless label while sandwiching between the first and second blades, and a supporting part which supports the adhesive member applied surface of the linerless label on the downstream side of the cutting part in the conveying direction of the linerless label.
