On the other hand, each of the link members is turn-displaced in the back and forth direction by having the guide plate 4b3 destroyed by undergoing such an impact force from the back and forth direction of the seat that a seated occupant is pressed against the seat back 2 due to the occurrence of the back impact and the like of the vehicle.
