    • PURPOSE:To eliminate need for a level adjustment by allowing a gain control circuit to adjust the gain with a DC voltage in response to a difference of signal levels so that a 1H delay video signal and a video signal not delayed have an equal level. CONSTITUTION:One of input video signals is fed to a one-horizontal period delay circuit 1 and the other is fed to an adder circuit 6. The level of a one- horizontal period delay video signal (1H delay signal) outputted from the one- horizontal period delay circuit 1 is adjusted by a gain control circuit 2 and added to a video signal not delayed at an adder circuit 6. A detection circuit 3 detects the level of the 1H delay signal and a detection circuit 4 detects the level of the signal not delayed. These signals are fed to a comparison amplifier 5, and a level difference signal obtained from the comparison amplifier 5 is fed to the gain control circuit 2. Then the comparison amplifier 5 adjusts the gain so that the level of the not delayed signal and the level of the 1H delay signal are equal to each other in this way. Thus, the adjustment of the addition/subtraction of the not-delayed signal and the 1H delay video signal in a comb-line filter is not required.

    • PURPOSE:To attain image pickup without fail by outputting optionally a reference line in a horizontal direction or a vertical direction in the inside of an electronic view finder. CONSTITUTION:When an unstable pattern is obtained due to a camera not placed horizontally, a horizontal reference line 6 and a vertical reference line 7 are indicated on a screen by the operation of an operating button 1 and the reference line is moved to a position so that an object and the reference line are easily compared. When the horizontal reference line 6 is moved upward and the vertical reference line 7 is moved to the right by the operation of the operation button 1, the camera is placed horizontally by the horizontal reference line 6 and the vertical reference line 7 to obtain a stable pattern. When the camera is laced horizontally and the preparation of the image pickup is finished, if the horizontal reference line 6 and the vertical reference line 7 are not required, the lines are erased from the pattern by the operation of the operation button 1 and the pickup is tried. Thus, the picked-up video without fail is offered to the photographer.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance circuit breaker of low operating force and low attrition rate by connecting a gas-blast circuit-breaking portion including an arc-driving means in series to a vacuum circuit-breaking portion. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum circuit-breaking portion 1 and a gas-blast circuit- breaking portion 2 are arranged in a tank type vessel 3 wherein sulfur hexafluoride gas of several atmospheric-pressure is sealed. The vacuum circuit- breaking portion 1 has electrodes 7, 8 which are fixed respectively to the top ends of paired conductive robs 5, 6 in a vacuum vessel 4, the conductive rod 5 is fixed airtightly to an end sheet 9 and the conductive rod 6 is sealed airtightly to an end sheet 10 via a bellows so as to rotatable in the axial direction. The gas-blast circuit-breaking portion 2 has a coil 16 installed in a fixed contact 14 out of a contact 13 and the contact 14. When an arc turns to an arc contact 15 at the top end of the coil 16, the coil 16 induces a driving magnetic field in the axial direction to rotate a pillar of the arc. Thus, the vacuum circuit-breaking portion 1 cuts off a current in the domain of a small current while the gas-blast circuit-breaking portion 2 cuts off a current in the domain of a large current.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the time of exchange between the wafer unload after exposure and the load of an unexposed wafer by constituting a carrier arm out of an outer arm, which goes in and out picking up the two opposed sides of a wafer, and an inner arm, which goes in and out picking up the side caught by the two sides or the center. CONSTITUTION:When taking out an unexposed wafer 12a from the pocket at the lowermost stage of a cassette, a cassette 5a is elevated to directly oppose an inner arm 3, and hereafter in the order of arm entry, cassette descent, wafer suction, and arm retreat, the wafer is pulled out being sucked by the inner arm 3. Next, the entire arm 1 is rotated 90 deg. to align orientation flat,and it is opposed directly to a table 6, and in the order of wafer entry, suction release, elevation of a rotary table 7, wafer suction, and arm retreat, the wafer is carried to the table 6. Subsequently, in the order of the descent of the arm 1, the entry of outer arms 2a and 2b, and the descent of the table 7, it is sucked with the outer arms, and the arm 1 is elevated and rotated 90 deg. again, and the wafer is carried onto an exposure stage 9.
