SOLUTION: The vapor component S0 discharged from an evaporator 2 is heated by the compressor 7, which is then supplied to a heating boiler 1. A Roots blower is applied as the compressor 7 so that the damage to the compressor 7 by the drain attack can be avoided even when a mist or a drain exists in the vapor component S0 to be sucked in the compressor 7.

The rotational shaft 16 of the rotor rotational member 34 is formed with a base material of which linear expansion coefficient is less than 6×10 -6 m/mK inclusive. SOLUTION: An electric motor 12 which rotation-drives a driving rotor and a driven rotor is disposed coaxially with the driving rotor of the root type compressor 11. A motor housing 12a is jointed and fixed to a compressor housing 20. A muffler 13 for filtering discharged gas from the compressor 11 is supported to the compressor housing 20. A discharge passage is extended from the discharge side of a rotor chamber in such a direction as to cross the axial line L of the driving rotor in the compressor housing 20. The discharge passage is connected with the muffler 13 by a communicating passage 29. When the axial line L direction of the driving rotor is taken as a fore/aft direction, the muffler 13 is disposed at the side of the electric motor 12. A communicating passage 29 is extended to the electric motor 12 side along the axial line L direction of the driving rotor from the discharge passage side to be connected with the muffler 13.
