摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth bonding device preventing an adhesive agent from attaching to the end part of the cloth-feeding direction downstream side on a nozzle bottom face.SOLUTION: A nozzle unit 7 has a flat plate-like mounting part 172 provided on the top part. From the right end side of the mounting part 172, a support part 171 is extended downward. From the support part 171, a nozzle 17 is extended parallel to the top face of the mounting part 172 and on the opposite-side to the extended direction of the mounting part 172. The nozzle 17 is a flat rod-like member with the bottom face being chamfered. Inside of the nozzle 17, a flow pass through which an adhesive agent flows is formed. Also on the support part 171, a flow pass is formed. On the bottom face of the nozzle 17, a plurality of discharge openings 178 for coating cloth with an adhesive agent are aligned in the longer direction of the nozzle 17. On the end part of the cloth-feeding direction (arrow A direction in Figure 5) downstream side on the bottom face of the nozzle 17, a notch part 180 is formed along the longer direction of the nozzle 17.

摘要： A method and apparatus for welding members formed of thermoplastic resin material, with high welding strength and small strength variations. A laser welding apparatus 1 brings a first member 2 formed of a transmissive thermoplastic resin that transmits a laser beam into contact with a second member 3 formed of an absorptive thermoplastic resin that absorbs the laser beam, and joins the thermoplastic resin members by melting their contact surfaces 4 with the laser beam. The laser welding apparatus 1 further comprises a laser beam generator 10 for irradiating the contact surfaces with the laser beam shone from the side of the first member 3 so as to melt at least one of the contact surfaces of the first member and the second member. The apparatus also comprises a clamp mechanism 20 for pressing the first member and the second member together, a temperature sensor 31 as an adjusting means for adjusting the pressing force applied to the first member and the second member, and a personal computer 32 for calculating the pressing force based on the output of the temperature sensor. The clamp mechanism is controlled with the calculated pressing force.
