    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin-molded article, the two resin panels of which are strongly integrated, by preventing the entry of the tip of a welding rib into a foamed layer during a vibratory welding.
      SOLUTION: Thin-walled solid layers 13 are formed on the outsides of the first resin panel 3, within which the foamed layer 15 and a thick-walled solid part 17 connecting both the front and rear thin-walled solid layers 13 with each other is formed. During vibratory welding, the thick-walled solid part 17 is positioned so as to face the tip surface of the welding rib 19 on the rear surface of the second resin panel 5. The tip of the welding rib 19 welds only to the solid portion by fusing itself while fusing the thin walled solid layer 13 by pressingly and contactingly vibrating against the thin walled solid layer 13 corresponding to the thick walled solid part 17 so as to weldingly integrate the first resin panel 3 and the second resin panel 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter which enables an increase of the filter area by utilization of the space in the filter chamber and allows easy and inexpensive fabrication while ensuring retention of the filter medium with a case.
      SOLUTION: The filter 1 has a pair of cases 2 and 3 which are butted mutually to form a filter chamber S and a filter material 4 sandwiched between peripheries of the cases. The filter material is composed of folds consisting of two or more continuous folded parts 4a and flat parts 4b connected with both ends of the folded parts. Each periphery of the cases has a first toothed holding section 8 holding the side edges of the folded parts of the filter material and a second holding section 9 holding the flat parts of the filter material. One or both of the cases have a guide section 10 which comes into contact with the inside of the fold of the folded parts at both ends of the filter material and prevents collapse of the folded parts.
