    • PURPOSE:To contrive to increase the efficiency of an apparatus and miniaturize said apparatus by causing oscillator circuits respectively controlling a high-frequency power supply and a pulse width modulation circuit to perform said control on the basis of respective signal sources different from each other without setting the ratio of the oscillation frequency of one of said two oscillator circuits to that of another thereof at an integer. CONSTITUTION:A high-frequency power circuit 10 is controlled from a first oscillator circuit 38 via a driver circuit 36. A pulse-width modulation signal circuit 32 operates simultaneously with a second oscillator circuit 39. A positive and negative signal generator circuit 35 also operates simultaneously with the second oscillator circuit 39. That is, a sine-wave generator 32-1 and a carrier triangular-wave generator 32-2 operate simultaneously with the oscillator circuit 39 so that a pulse-width modulation signal V3' is inputted to a synchronizing pulse-width modulation signal generator circuit 33. The output of said synchronizing pulse-width modulation circuit 33 is inputted to a switching decision logical circuit 34 and is changed in polarity by a polarity switching circuit via a driver circuit 37. Because the number of phases of said first oscillator circuit 38 is not an integer multiple of that of said second oscillator circuit 39, the phase difference between said two circuits changes always to enable a linear control.

    • PURPOSE:To share an earth for frame of a power device for common use with an earth for communication, by separating a commercial power source in case AC power system is earthed, and by feeding the current from an isolated neutral or high-resistance earthed neutral auxiliary power source. CONSTITUTION:When a commercial power source 1 is normal, the power is supplied to a communication system through an earth leakage breaker 9, a switching device 3 and a power device 4. When the commercial power source 1 is interrupted, a battery 5 discharges the current until the auxiliary power source 2 gets to leading. Then the current is fed to the communication system through the switching device 3 and the power device 4. In case earthing occurs in the power device, the earth leakage breaker 9 actuates to separate the commercial power source 1 just as in the same operation as in the interruption of service to the commercial power source 1. The output of the auxiliary power source 2 being isolated neutral or high-resistance earthed neutral, no appreciable leakage current will flow.

    • PURPOSE:To narrow the range of change in operating frequency in relation to load current by connecting the 2nd serial resonant circuit in parallel to the terminal on the AC side of an output rectifying circuit and by selecting the resonant frequency thereof to be lower than that of the 1st serial resonant circuit. CONSTITUTION:To the 1st resonant circuit connecting serially a capacitor 4 for resonance, a reactor 3 for resonance and the terminal on the AC side of the rectifying circuit 5 and to the terminal on the AC side of the rectifying circuit 5 of the serial resonant converter consisting of switching elements S1 and S2 and of DC power sources 1 and 2 is connected serially the 2nd resonant circuit 10 consisting of a reactor 11 and a capacitor 12, and the resonant frequency thereof is selected to be lower than that of the 1st resonant circuit. Therefore, the range of the change in the operating frequency in relation to the load current becomes narrow, whereby the output voltage can be controlled by slightly changing the operating frequency and the serial resonant converter can be operated outside an audio region.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of switching elements and provide current waveform control for respective AC phases, by using a three-phase full-bridge circuit consisting of an arm constituted of a serial circuit of a switch and a capacitor. SOLUTION: Switches 31, 32 and 33 are double-throw switches constituted of two switches, and are turned on sequentially. The order of turning on and off period can be set freely, and the current ripple of an inductor 61 can be decreased if it is made in an even switching sequence. The amplitude of a flux density in a transformer 4 can be decreased if it is made in a switching sequence, by which on-period of a phase whose absolute voltage value is the highest is divided to generate positive and negative voltages alternately into the winding of the transformer 4. In the respective on-periods, based on the phase of a three-phase AC power source 1, a switching element 52 is turned off, if the winding voltage of the transformer 4 is positive, and a switching element 51 is turned off, if the winding voltage of the transformer 4 is negative.
