摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize an apparatus and lower its noise by generating a signal synchronized with a high-frequency AC voltage on the basis of a PWM signal and by controlling the operation mode of a polarity switching circuit through said synchronized PWM signal. CONSTITUTION:A high-frequency power circuit 10 is controlled from a reference oscillator 31 via a driver circuit 34. A pulse width modulation signal generator circuit 32 generates a pulse width signal. A synchronizing PWM generator circuit 36 is composed of J-K flip-flops 36-1, 36-2 and outputs a PMW signal Vc synchronized with a high-frequency AC from a reference oscillator 31 inputted via a terminal Va. If the operation mode of a polarity switching circuit 20 is controlled by said PMW signal Vc via a logical circuit 33 and a driver circuit 35, no mode switching is conducted in the middle of a voltage e1, because a high-frequency AC voltage e1 also changes when said operation mode changes between a passing mode and a synchronous rectification mode.

摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive to increase the efficiency of an apparatus and miniaturize said apparatus by causing oscillator circuits respectively controlling a high-frequency power supply and a pulse width modulation circuit to perform said control on the basis of respective signal sources different from each other without setting the ratio of the oscillation frequency of one of said two oscillator circuits to that of another thereof at an integer. CONSTITUTION:A high-frequency power circuit 10 is controlled from a first oscillator circuit 38 via a driver circuit 36. A pulse-width modulation signal circuit 32 operates simultaneously with a second oscillator circuit 39. A positive and negative signal generator circuit 35 also operates simultaneously with the second oscillator circuit 39. That is, a sine-wave generator 32-1 and a carrier triangular-wave generator 32-2 operate simultaneously with the oscillator circuit 39 so that a pulse-width modulation signal V3' is inputted to a synchronizing pulse-width modulation signal generator circuit 33. The output of said synchronizing pulse-width modulation circuit 33 is inputted to a switching decision logical circuit 34 and is changed in polarity by a polarity switching circuit via a driver circuit 37. Because the number of phases of said first oscillator circuit 38 is not an integer multiple of that of said second oscillator circuit 39, the phase difference between said two circuits changes always to enable a linear control.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make controlling of an output voltage easy and to miniaturize a filter by keeping a pulse width constant and by controlling AC voltage through varying the duty ratio of a high frequency power circuit output. CONSTITUTION:A positive and negative signal generator circuit 35 and a synchronizing pulse-width modulation signal generator circuit 39 are controlled by the output of a reference oscillator 31, while a high-frequency power circuit 10 is driven via a driver circuit 36 by the duty ratio decided by a duty-ratio decision circuit 38. A synchronizing pulse-width modulation signal generator 33 receivers a signal synchronized with said reference oscillator 31 to output a certain pulse pattern to a switching decision logical circuit 34. Said switching decision logical circuit 34 drives a polarity switching circuit 20 via a driver circuit 37 to cause said switching circuit 20 to generate a sine wave pattern. The output pattern of said switching decision logical circuit 34 is always kept constant and the adjustment of an output voltage is performed by changing of said duty ratio.
