    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal suitably applicable to mutual speech among three or more terminals and capable of making a voice conference without the need for intervention of a center apparatus and a relay apparatus in a server or the like and individually regulating transmission/ reception in response to a form of a conference thereby enhancing the convenience of the voice conference. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal comprises: a radio communication section 1 for respectively transmitting and receiving a voice signal and a data signal to/from a terminal of a connection destination through a voice channel and a data channel; a handset 3 for receiving/transmitting the voice signal for a mutual speech; and a summation generation processing section 2 interposed between the radio communication section 1 and the handset, summing and generating a received signal being a voice signal received by the handset 3 on the basis of a prescribed speech mode set among terminals in cascade connection and summing and generating a transmission voice signal to be sent other radio communication terminal through the radio communication section 1.     • PURPOSE:To form a conference call device where the conversation of 1:n is possible from any of terminals which are so connected that an optional terminal can request the transmission right with all connection lines set to the neutral state by the abandonment of the transmission right of an originating terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a selecting signal indicating conference communication service request is sent from a terminal 10, an exchange 2 hunts a conference call device 3, and when a call signal is transmitted to a line 40, the device 3 detects this call signal to return a confirmation signal to the exchange 2, thus connecting the terminal 10 and the path 40. Next, when the selecting number from the terminal is received by a receiving circuit 32, plural lines 41-4n and terminals 11-1n are connected by a control circuit 33, and the conference call device 3 defines the originating terminal 10 as the owner of the transmission right, and the message from the terminal 10 is stored in a storage circuit 35 and is sent to terminating terminals 11-1n form the circuit 33. When an abandonment signal is detected by a monitor circuit 36 for transmission right abandonment signal, all connection lines are set to the neutral state, and a character monitor circuit 37 gives the transmission right to the terminal of a line on which the transmission right request signal is detected first.
