摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution to technical problems of a method and a communication system which perform terminal-to-terminal communication between telephones including fixed-line phones and mobile phones, between mobile terminals, and between mobile phones or fixed-line phones and telephones connected to a public switched telephone network, using an IP network which is a safe and reliable closed network.SOLUTION: In IP packet encapsulation, an IP closed network is composed using IP communication technology. And a communication path is formed by setting communication records in an address administration table inside a network node device based on a connection request from a terminal. The communication path is dissolved by deleting communication records based on a communication release request from a terminal. Thereby, IP communication is realized irrespective of a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal connected to an IP network using the IP closed network.
