      SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the emergency call accepting system comprising an IP adaptive call accepting device which receives an incoming call of an emergency notification of police or fire fighting from a mobile communication telephone set, connects the call to a receiving switchboard and makes a response, comprising a base station which communicates with the call accepting device on a radio dedicated channel when a mobile network exchange receives a call of the emergency notification from the mobile communication telephone set comprising imaging and transmission functions. The call accepting device comprises a mobile network interface converting unit for performing communication using the radio dedicated channel and the receiving switchboard comprises a video display unit, so that video data transmitted from the mobile communication telephone set are displayed on the video display unit to notify, in voice, the receiving switchboard.
