    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a wheel for a vehicle, which can prevent a formation failure when forming an outer rim part and/or an inner rim part including a noise absorbing space and which can exhibit a working effect for reducing the hollow resonance sound to be generated in a tire-inside space by the noise absorbing space. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, after forming a separate groove 55, which has a curved groove bottom surface 55a, between an annular wall part 53 and a partition wall 22, the annular wall part 53 is bent toward a flange 10a side, and the annular wall part 53 and the flange part 10a are welded to each other to form a noise absorbing space 25 communicated through a communication clearance 61 formed based on the separate groove 55 in the outer rim part 8 and/or the inner rim part. With this method, since the communication clearance 61 can be stably formed, a rise of the internal pressure to be generated by thermal expansion of the air inside of the noise absorbing space 25 during a heat treatment process can be relaxed, and a formation failure due to a rise of the internal pressure can be restricted.     • PURPOSE:To improve a connecting strength of a spoke in assembling of the above-captioned wheel for a motor-cycle, by engaging an angular tool having a center hole, a diameter of which is greater than an outer diameter of a wire spoke, with an angular hole of a nipple, and rotating the angular tool. CONSTITUTION:An end 46 of a wire spoke 42 engaged with a wheel hub is positioned in an engagement hole 35 of a wheel rim 34, and a main cylinder 12 of a nipple 10 is applied to the end 46. Then, an angular tool 20 is engaged with a hexagon socket 18 of the nipple 10, and is rotated, thereby threadedly engaging the nipple 10 with the wire spoke 42. Thus, the wire spoke 42 may be threadedly engaged with the nipple until the end 46 of the wire spoke 42 reaches the hexagon socket 18 to thereby improve a connecting strength.
