    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen operating device capable of surely performing operations matching the intention of an operator.
      SOLUTION: In this car navigation device 10, when a finger touching a touch panel presses the touch panel with a pressing force larger than a specified level or higher, and an enter signal is inputted to a CPU 18, the CPU18 reads a touch signal stored in a RAM 20 beforehand, and the read touch signal is converted into a touch signal corresponding to the enter signal. By this, even if the contact area of the finger on the touch panel is increased with a pressing reaction produced when the finger presses the touch panel and accordingly the tip position and the area of the center of gravity position of the finger contact portion change on the touch panel, the touch signal after the change is basically neglected without being adopted. As a result, a program which does not match the intention of the operator is not started.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input processing device free to certainly correct even when an output characteristic of the sensor becomes non-linear. SOLUTION: This processing device judges how much a detection signal V1 of a first throttle sensor 1 is deviated with a detection signal V2 of a second throttle sensor 2 in the neighbourhood of a change-over angle 91 as a standard. It is impossible to find a precise correction value DVTA when its erroneous voltage ΔV exceeds a threshold value H. Consequently, a CPU 8 renews this change-over angle θ1 by deviating the change-over angle θ1 by a previously specified angle Δθ1 when the erroneous voltage ΔV exceeds the threshold value H. The change-over angle θ1 renewed in this way is deviated from a throttle angle at which the erroneous voltage ΔV changes over the threshold value H. Consequently, even if the correction value DVTA is renewed at the time when a throttle angle θ is in the neighbourhood of the change-over angle θ1, it is possible to avoid receiving an influence of the erroneous voltage ΔV and to find the precise correction value DVTA.
