    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antisticking material for deposits which is used for forming a coating layer on the surface or the like of a fuel injection valve in order to prevent sticking of deposits occurring during combustion of a fuel in an internal combustion engine, and maintains an antisticking function satisfactorily in good durability even when being exposed to a high temperature.
      SOLUTION: It is found that the bonds of not only benzene ring part but also the region of each one at the front and the rear of the benzene ring part are strengthened by introducing a benzene ring into a main region containing fluorine atoms. Then, the material for preventing sticking of deposits is constituted of a base material bonding region for bonding with a substrate material and the main region which is bonded to the base material bonding region and contains fluorine atoms. By this constitution, the bond between the main region and the base material bonding region becomes difficult to cut off. Consequently, as the detachment of the fluoride from the substrate material is inhibited, the antisticking function is maintained satisfactorily in good durability even when being exposed to a high temperature.
