    • PURPOSE:To improve an operating efficiency of a freezing cycle and reduce a consumption of electrical power by a method wherein two cooling towers are arranged side-by-side, cooled fluid is cooled by one cooling tower and refrigerant of compressive freezing cycle is cooled by the other cooling tower. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 42, an expansion valve 44 and an evaporator 45 are arranged below two cooling towers A and B having a coiling part 31, a water spraying tank 35, a water receiving tank 36, a water feeding passage 36 and a fan 40. Cooled fluid is cooled by the cooling tower A and refrigerant of a compressive freezing cycle is cooled with the cooling tower B being applied as a condensor 43. A piping 47 may feed cooled fluid under a cooling at A to an outer equipment 48 through an evaporator 45 arranged at the lower part of it. The pipe 47 is provided with a thermostat 51 for producing a signal after detecting a temperature of the cooled fluid. In case that a temperature of the cooled fluid is more than a set temperature, an amount of dispersion in the cooling tower A is properly increased and after it reaches a predetermined amount of dispersion, a compressor 42 is operated and if a temperature of the cooled fluid is less than a set temperature, the compressor 42 is stopped and then an amount of water dispersion is properly decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To relax the transient change of the temperature of fluid to be cooled which is fed to a device during the starting and the stop of a compressor by a method wherein when the compressor is started, a blast amount of a fan is temporarily decreased, and when the compressor is to be stopped, a blast amount of a fan is temporarily increased. CONSTITUTION:A cooling device is provided with a cooling tower 1 having a heat transfer pipe 2 and a fan 3 to feed blast to a the heat transfer pipe, a chiller 10 having a compressor 11, a condenser 12, an expansion valve 13, and a vaporizer 14, and a refrigerant circulating therethrough, and a line through which, after fluid to be cooled returned from a device 20 to be cooled is guided in order of the cooling tower 1 and the vaporizer 14, it is fed to the device 20. In this cooling device, when the compressor 11 is started or stopped, the temperature of a temperature detector 23 is transiently sharply decreased or increased, and is inconvenient to cooling of a precision device. In which case, when the compressor 11 is started, a blast amount of the fan 3 is temporarily decreased in linkage with the starting of the compressor, and when stopped, control is effected so that the blast amount is increased. This constitution improves transient characteristics of the outlet temperature of the vaporizer 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably seal by a packing by installing the packing in contact with a corrugated recess part and a connecting port inside face of a joint body and a spacer providing a packing installation part drawing the packing to the side face of the corrugated recess part and installing it therein in the corrugated recess part of a corrugated pipe. SOLUTION: A plastic corrugated pipe 10 is formed by providing an independent corrugated pipe 12 having an annular independent corrugated crest in the outside of a cylindrical pipe 11, and the corrugated pipes 10, 10 are connected by a joint 20. The joint 20 has a stopper 21 extended to the inside in the central part and tapered cylindrical connecting ports 22, 22 opened to an opening side are connected to its both sides. In connecting the corrugated pipes 10, 10, a plastic spacer 30 of a circumferentially two-split structure and a rubber packing 40 of a wedge-shaped cross section are installed on the corrugated recess 13 of a first crest in the end of each pipe 10 and each pipe 10 is inserted in the joint 20 in such a state that the side of the corrugated recess of the pipe 10 end is allowed to abut on the side face of the stopper 21.

SOLUTION: A joint J is fitted in the tip of a metal tube M so that a reduced part S of the joint J is abutted on an engaging part 5. An insert shaft part 3 is fitted up to the opening of the metal tube M to be engaged to the engaging part 4. When a hydraulic pressure is supplied from a piping 9, a piston 8b as well as a conical part 7a are moved rightward, a forming shoe is pushed out in the outer diameter direction of the insert shaft part 3 by moving a copying inclined face, the metal tube M is effectively pressurized without generating variance in thickness decrease, etc. When the piston 8b is retracted to a max, a protrusion quantity of a mountain shaped protrusion 6c is made max, a bulged part is formed. The bulged part is positioned in an expanded recessed part H, the joint J and the metal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient sealing by attaching and detaching a ring-shaped rubber packing by making an inner diameter of the ring-shaped rubber packing smaller than an outer diameter of a hill of an independent corrugation, and larger than the average of the outer diameter of a bottom between the adjacent independent corrugations and an outer diameter of the hills of the independent corrugations. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped rubber packing 3 is fitted between the adjacent independent corrugations 11 separated from end parts of independent corrugated pipes 1, 1' by several hills, its outer diameter is slightly larger than the cylindrical parts 22, 22' of a pipe fitting 2 in a free condition, and an outer periphery of the ring-shaped rubber packing 3 is pressed by an inner surface of the cylindrical part 22 to be sealed when the pipe fitting 2 is externally inserted. An inner diameter of the ring-shaped rubber packing 3 is larger than the average of the outer diameter of a bottom between the adjacent independent corrugations and an outer diameter of he hills of the independent corrugations in a state fitted on an outer periphery between the adjacent independent corrugations, and is smaller than an outer diameter of the hill of the independent corrugation. Whereby the packing can be sufficiently tightened, and the sealing effect is not lowered.
