    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating tank device for quickly producing a certain amount of heated fluid having a sufficiently high temperature in a short time by starting a heat source machine early in the morning, e.g. SOLUTION: The fluid heating tank device using exhaust heat fluid exhausted from the heat source machine 12 for heating the fluid to be heated has a storage tank body 16 with a heated fluid inlet 18 and a heated fluid outlet 22 at the lower part and at the upper part, respectively, for storing the heated fluid. It comprises an upper heat exchanger 26 and a lower heat exchanger 28 provided in the fluid storage tank body at its upper part and at its lower part, respectively. The fluid outlet of the heat source machine is connected to one fluid port of the upper heat exchanger via a delivery pipe 30, a fluid return port of the heat source machine is connected to one fluid port of the lower heat exchanger via a return pipe 32, and the other fluid port of the upper heat exchanger is connected to the other fluid port of the lower heat exchanger via a direct coupling pipe 34. SOLUTION: In the tube fitting, a cylindrical body made of synthetic resin is provided on an inner surface side of a female screw of a fitting body having the female part at an end part and the tube fitting is butted to an inner surface of a connection pipe for corrosion control. A male part 22 thread-engaged with the female screw 11 of the fitting body 10 and a core 20 in which a cylindrical adhesive filling part 25 is provided at a deep side of the male screw and a projection/recessed part 23 is circumferentially and axially provided on an outer surface of the adhesive filling part 25 are formed by injection molding using a chlorine-free synthetic resin. It is characterized by that an adhesive 30 is filled in the adhesive filling part 25 of the resin core 20 to thread-fit and join to the fitting body 10.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably seal by a packing by installing the packing in contact with a corrugated recess part and a connecting port inside face of a joint body and a spacer providing a packing installation part drawing the packing to the side face of the corrugated recess part and installing it therein in the corrugated recess part of a corrugated pipe. SOLUTION: A plastic corrugated pipe 10 is formed by providing an independent corrugated pipe 12 having an annular independent corrugated crest in the outside of a cylindrical pipe 11, and the corrugated pipes 10, 10 are connected by a joint 20. The joint 20 has a stopper 21 extended to the inside in the central part and tapered cylindrical connecting ports 22, 22 opened to an opening side are connected to its both sides. In connecting the corrugated pipes 10, 10, a plastic spacer 30 of a circumferentially two-split structure and a rubber packing 40 of a wedge-shaped cross section are installed on the corrugated recess 13 of a first crest in the end of each pipe 10 and each pipe 10 is inserted in the joint 20 in such a state that the side of the corrugated recess of the pipe 10 end is allowed to abut on the side face of the stopper 21.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient sealing by attaching and detaching a ring-shaped rubber packing by making an inner diameter of the ring-shaped rubber packing smaller than an outer diameter of a hill of an independent corrugation, and larger than the average of the outer diameter of a bottom between the adjacent independent corrugations and an outer diameter of the hills of the independent corrugations. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped rubber packing 3 is fitted between the adjacent independent corrugations 11 separated from end parts of independent corrugated pipes 1, 1' by several hills, its outer diameter is slightly larger than the cylindrical parts 22, 22' of a pipe fitting 2 in a free condition, and an outer periphery of the ring-shaped rubber packing 3 is pressed by an inner surface of the cylindrical part 22 to be sealed when the pipe fitting 2 is externally inserted. An inner diameter of the ring-shaped rubber packing 3 is larger than the average of the outer diameter of a bottom between the adjacent independent corrugations and an outer diameter of he hills of the independent corrugations in a state fitted on an outer periphery between the adjacent independent corrugations, and is smaller than an outer diameter of the hill of the independent corrugation. Whereby the packing can be sufficiently tightened, and the sealing effect is not lowered.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coming off of a lining steel pipe from a joint by a simple structure, by forming a synthetic resin-made core in a joint main unit, and locking coming off of a pipe end, inserted in a condition interposing an adhesive between a synthetic resin layer internal peripheral surface of the pipe end and the synthetic resin-made core, by a coming off locking means. SOLUTION: In the case of connecting the mating pipe ends 4a of a lining steel pipe 4 by using a pipe joint 1, first an adhesive 15 is applied to a part of the pipe end 4a of the steel pipe 4, thereafter the part of this pipe end 4a is pressed in the joint 1 till fitting of a wedge-shaped stop ring (coming off locking means) 11 into a hook groove 12 formed in an external peripheral surface 4a of the steel pipe 4. In this way, a tapered synthetic resin layer in an internal peripheral surface of the pipe end 4a of the steel pipe 4 is fit mounted in an external peripheral surface 6a in a cylindrical part 6 of a core 3 mounted by fitting a protruding piece 8 formed in a central part external periphery of the cylindrical part 6 to a recessed part 8 formed in a joint main unit 2. The lining steel pipe 4 and the joint 2 are firmly connected together by the adhesive 15 and fitting of the stop ring 11 to the hook groove 12.

When a pipe P is inserted up to the inmost part, a tube of the tubular seal material 5 tears, and the seal material 50 entering all the way up to a pipe outer periphery is housed in a relief groove 13.
