摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the bonding deviation from an Si chip electrode, by arranging a fixing tape for fixing the tip of a lead frame, inside an inner lead bonding hole, before a specified pattern is formed. CONSTITUTION:A fixing tape 5 for fixing the tip of an inner lead 2a of a lead frame 2 is arranged inside an inner lead bonding hole 3. Said fixing tape 5 is so retained that one tape 5 which is not divided is suspend by a hanger tape inside the inner lead bonding hole. A metal foil 2 is bonded to an insulating film by a laminating method via adhesive agent. The width of the fixing tape 5 may be, e.g. 0.1mm or wider. Thereby the generation of bonding deviation from the Si chip electrode due to position deviation deformation can be reduced.

The auxiliary tank 6 is provided independently of the tank 4, and independently opened and closed by a closable lid 9. Accordingly, an anode material 10 to be used as the electrode is easily replenished or exchanged only by opening the lid 9.

At this time, the shielding body 6 and an elastic body 7 cooperate each other and shield non-plated part of the bar body 1 completely to provide a striped placed layer 5. In this case, the elastic body 7 only comes in a sliding contact with the surface of the bar body 1, the contact area is very small and the friction force acting on this contact area is low.
