    • PURPOSE:To improve a silencing effect with the silencing case which is a molded product to cover a sound producing body by forming this case of a heavy metal powder-contg. synthetic resin prepd. by mixing heavy metal powder or powder essentially consisting of this heavy metal powder into a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic case 11 is constituted by covering an electromagnetic relay body 12 with the silencing case 10. The material of the silencing case 10 is tungsten power-contg. '6-NylonR' resin formed by mixing tungsten powder at a prescribed ratio with '6-NylonR' and its sp. gr. is, for example, 8. The reason for using the '6-NylonR' as the base material lies in that this nylon is liable to be mixed with the metallic powder and is inexpensive. The silencing case 10 has no problems is terms of an electrical insulation characteristic, is free from chipping and other defects and is well molded. In addition, there are less variations in the compsn. among the individual silencing cases and the quality thereof is constant. Then, the substantially higher silencing effect than with the conventional embodiments is obtd. and this effect is obtainable without increasing the size of the case at all.

    • PURPOSE:To improve characteristic as an electromagnetic relay and productivity by stabilizing polarized amount when a rectangular magnetic plate made of iron-chrome-cobalt alloy is permanent magnetized, concerning the manufacturing method of a seesaw type polarized relay. CONSTITUTION:Concerning the manufacturing method on a seesaw type polarized relay having an electromagnet completed body, as a driving source, to which a permanent magnet, whose both ends are polarized into S poles and the center thereof, into an N pole, is fixed between the end sides of a coil wound U-shaped core, a magnetic plate 21a', made of Fe-Cr-Co, and not polarized yet, is fixed to a U-shaped core 12b. The side yokes 3a, 3b of a polarizing jig 3 are positioned in the vicinities of both ends thereof so as to position and hold the magnetic plate 21a'. The center yoke 3c of the jig 3 is formed so as to be shorter than the yokes 3a, 3b, so that the jig 3 has an E-shaped side view. The magnetic plate 21a' is set on the yokes of the jig 3. Thereafter required current is allowed to flow in a coil 2d wound on the yokes 3a, 3b, and the magnetic plate 21a' is polarize so as to be a permanent magnet 21a, and to obtain an electromagnet completed body.

    • PURPOSE:To improve an armature seesaw balance electromagnetic relay in vibration and shock resistance by making the bottom of a shock absorbing member nearest to the center of an armature. CONSTITUTION:An armature 1 is tilted sideways with the supporting axis la at the lower center as a supporting point so that a moving contact 2 can be disconnected from a fixed contact 3 in association with the movement. A cover 4 is used to protect the armature 1 and the contacts 2, 3. A shock absorbing member 5 is provided on the inside wall of the cover 4. The shock absorbing member 5 to restrain the jump of the armature 1 has the shock absorbing portion 5a anchored to the inside wall of the cover 4 and the approaching portion 5b anchored to the other end of the shock absorbing portion 5a to approach to the upper center of the armature 1. The bottom of the approaching portion 5b is located at least above a bent plane H drawn by the upper wall with the tilting of the armature 1.
