    • PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnetic relay which is small and has long life by providing an isolating member that isolates a contact portion from the coupled part of a drive portion and a movable portion. CONSTITUTION: This electromagnetic relay 1 comprises a contact portion 4 in which a moving contact 2 and a fixed contact 3 open and close; an oscillating portion 5 which oscillates the moving contact 2 of the contact portion 4; a fixing portion 7 by which the oscillating portion 5 is held in such a way as to freely oscillate; and a case 18 covering both the contact portion 4 and the oscillating portion 5. A mold guide portion 14 is formed integrally with a mold portion 11 to which an armature 10 having the moving contact 2 secured thereto is integrally secured in such a way that the portions of contact between the armature 10 and a yoke 16 are isolated from the contact portion 4 comprising the moving contact 2 and the fixed contact 3. The mold guide portion 14 of the oscillating portion 5 is formed on the side face of the armature 10 to form a partition between the gap between the armature 10 and the yoke 16 and the contact portion 4. Therefore, the guide portion 14 prevents dust generated by the collision of an unmagnetized plate 17 with the yoke 16 from scattering in the direction of the contact portion 4, so that contamination of the contact portion 4 by the dust can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a structure, and also reduce electric power consumption by shifting a load of an armature composed of a movable contact point spring and a suction force generated by a permanent magnet in the direction for being strengthened on the normal open side, and sucking the edge part of the armature by means of an open side magnetic pole part even if a magnetic flux generated by a coil is small. CONSTITUTION:Though a movable contact point spring 1 and an armature 2 are formed integrally in the central part through an insulating body 6 so as to become parallel with each other, a support part 11 is twisted to the spring 1, so that a plane containing the support part 11 and a plane containing the spring 1 can cross each other when seen from the side surface. When seen from the side surface in an electric current unimpressed condition after the spring 1 is installed in a box body in this way, the support part 11 is supported with the box body, so that a plane containing the edge surfaces of magnetic pole parts 31 and 32 and a plane opposed to the magnetic pole parts 31 and 32 of the armature 2 can be expanded in one direction. Thereby, a suction force of the magnetic pole parts 31 and 32 generated by a permanent magnet 7 becomes asymmetrical between left and right as shown by a broken line, so that the suction force generated by the open side magnetic pole part 32 can be shifted in the direction for becoming larger than the suction force generated by the closed side magnetic pole part 31.

A movable mold 72 in which the springs 73a, 73b are insertion-molded is equipped with trapezoidal notches 73a, 73b which are made to agree with upper projections 82a4, 82b4 of the terminals 81a, 81b to position the spring set 7 relative to the electromagnet 6 while the spring set 7 is circularly moved like a seesaw to change over the circuit.

CONSTITUTION:A prasma display panel PDP 1 is positioned in the downward direction, a transparent input panel 2 is positioned in the upward direction and both are fixed through a spacer 5 due to an elastic body between respective panels to a pedestal 6. A switching part 4 and an item display part 3 of the PDP 1 viewed through the transparent input panel 2 are aligned so that respective can be corresponded. The item display part 3 is closely provided in order to display as many items as possible on one screen, and the switch 4 has the prescribed clearance since it is designed so that the area can be made smaller than the item display part 3. In such a manner, even when the desired item display part is operated with a little projection, the adjacent undesired switch is not operated and the erroneous input can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:Concerning the manufacturing method on a seesaw type polarized relay having an electromagnet completed body, as a driving source, to which a permanent magnet, whose both ends are polarized into S poles and the center thereof, into an N pole, is fixed between the end sides of a coil wound U-shaped core, a magnetic plate 21a', made of Fe-Cr-Co, and not polarized yet, is fixed to a U-shaped core 12b. The side yokes 3a, 3b of a polarizing jig 3 are positioned in the vicinities of both ends thereof so as to position and hold the magnetic plate 21a'. The center yoke 3c of the jig 3 is formed so as to be shorter than the yokes 3a, 3b, so that the jig 3 has an E-shaped side view. The magnetic plate 21a' is set on the yokes of the jig 3. Thereafter required current is allowed to flow in a coil 2d wound on the yokes 3a, 3b, and the magnetic plate 21a' is polarize so as to be a permanent magnet 21a, and to obtain an electromagnet completed body.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation by supporting a support part of a contact shoe with a box member so that a space between the flat surface including the end surface of a magnetic pole and the surface of the contact shoe opposite to the magnetic pole is widened toward one side under the condition that the current is not applied to a coil. CONSTITUTION:A movable contact point spring 1 and a support part 11, which is provided in a central part of the movable contact point spring 1, are included in the same surface, but the movable contact point spring 1 and a contact shoe 2, which are unified at a central part through an insulating material 6, are arranged for integration so that a space between them is enlarged toward one side from a view of the side surface. The support part 11 is supported by a box member so that the flat surface including the end surfaces of magnetic poles 31, 32 and the surface of the contact shoe 2 opposite to the magnetic poles 32, 33 are widened toward one side from a view of the side surface under the condition that the current is not applied to a coil 5. As a result, even if the attracting force of the magnetic poles of a permanent magnet is bilateral symmetry, the attracting force of the NC side magnetic pole is made larger than a negative electrode, and the attracting force of the NO side magnetic pole is made smaller than the negative electrode, and the operation is thereby stabilized.
