    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust magnetic bearing device which generates magnetic attraction force in both directions (one direction and the other direction of thrust direction) by an integral electromagnet. SOLUTION: A magnetic path is switched depending on whether a magnetic path change pipe 26 is provided between a shaft end part 21a and an iron core 24 of the electromagnet to generate magnetic attraction force in two directions for a thrust disc 22. Furthermore, the magnetic path change pipe is moved by an actuator. Or, when the thrust disc leans to one side or the other side, the direction of generation of magnetic attraction force for the thrust disc is switched by change of positional relation of the shaft end part and a magnetic path change part provided in the iron core of the electromagnet (whether both of them are overlapped or not). Or, when tip faces of two thrust discs oppose to both end faces of the iron core of the electromagnet and the thrust disc is displaced in the direction of thrust, restoration force for making a gap between the thrust disc and the iron core of the electromagnet minimum acts. SOLUTION: This portable information transmission terminal device is provided with a storage memory for preliminarily storing the correspondence between a plurality of destination management station numbers and actual management station names, and a destination selecting and setting means that changes the meanings of at least three operation buttons for normal operations to a 'designation' button for destination number designation, a 'confirmation' button and a 'cancel' button, and designates a telephone number corresponding to a destination among a plurality of pieces of communication destination management station information stored in the storage memory on the basis of the number of clicking times of the 'designation' button to make the destination selectable. The destination selecting and setting means includes: performing voice guidance of the destination management station information during destination selection and setting processing; generating voice information obtained by making the number of clicking times of a designation switch to be a numerical value to be inputted in the voice guidance; connecting to an unregistered destination management station with the operation of a button; and also additionally registering the unregistered destination management station number whose destination number has been inputted and its telephone number in the storage memory.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal decomposition treatment method whereby a hot air gas flows to the same direction as the carriage direction of an article to be treated and the load of energy is reduced and thereby a thermal decomposition treatment device and facility can be surely miniaturized. SOLUTION: The flowing direction of the hot air gas to a first thermal decomposition is the same as the direction to which the article to be treated is carried. The flowing direction of the hot air gas to a second thermal decomposition device 10 is also the same as the direction to which the article to be treated is carried. The hot air gas is supplied to the first thermal decomposition device 1 at a part wherein the heat capacity is the most required, and the hot air gas is supplied to the second thermal decomposition device 10 at a part wherein the heat capacity is not required so much. Therefore, the hot air gas is introduced into a heating jacket 3 of the first thermal decomposition device 1 at a part on a charging side of the article to be treated, and the hot air gas is introduced into a heating jacket 13 of the second thermal decomposition device 10 at a part on a communicating duct 15 side from a hot air furnace 20.
