    • PURPOSE: To prevent noise and abrasion of parts by taking out an operation of a control mechanism as a rotary motion of a control piece, converting the motion into an oscillating motion of an oscillating member which is slidably arranged on a control shaft and axial direction motion of the control shaft, and transmitting the motion to a transmission through a synchronizer. CONSTITUTION: When a transferring motion is transmitted to a control mechanism 12, two control pieces 16, 18 of the control mechanism 12 are rotated in counterclockwise direction. The control piece 16 for backward traveling abuts on a cross head 24 of a backward traveling oscillating member 32, and is oscillated in a clockwise direction around a shaft Y-Y together with the backward traveling oscillating member 32. By this oscillating motion, a ball 64 is brought into contact with an inclining part 74 of a gradient part 70 so as to actuate a block 46 in a direction D1 by a driving arm 62. A folk 52 and a sleeve 53 of a synchronizer 54 are actuated by a control shaft 48, and a first shaft 3 of the transmission is braked and decelerated by a frictional circular cone of the synchronizer 54. The control piece 18 for frontward traveling abuts on a cross head 44, movement of the direction D1 is stopped, and the operation is converted into movement of a direction D2.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a gear striking sound by providing a cam mechanism for operating a forward step synchronous engagement mechanism by engaging a first cam operated with the rotation of a shift and select shaft at the time of reverse shifting with second cam to move a forward step low speed shift shaft a little in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:At the time of turning a shift and select shaft for performing reverse shift operation, a first cam 130 is turned and engaged with a second cam 132, and a forward step low speed shift shaft is moved a little in the axial direction through the second cam 132. By the axial movement of the forward step low speed shift shaft, a forward step synchronous engagement mechanism 68 is operated through a forward step fork and a forward step switching sleeve, so that the rotation of a main shaft 10 is once stopped before a reverse idler gear 84 meshes with a main reverse gear 28. Accordingly, even if the speed of the reverse shift operation is increased, the forward step synchronous engagement mechanism can be operated surely to smoothly mesh the reverse idler gear 84 with the main reverse gear 28.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a gear noise from occurring by forcibly pressing a braking device, moving in linkage with clutch operation, and the sleeve outer circumferential side of a 5-speed shift synchronizer, solidly rotating with a main shaft, relatively at time of reverse shifting. CONSTITUTION:When a clutch 7 is disengaged and a change lever is shifted to the reverse side in a state of being selected to each of 5-speed and reverse sides, a brake shaft 61 is moved concentrically with a main drive shaft 10 via linkage 66 interlocking with a release fork 13, thereby making a brake shoe of a brake body 62 come into a state of being drawn nearer to the side of a cone body 58a of a sleeve 58 as far as dB. In the initial stage when the change lever is shifted to the reverse side, a shifter fork is aerially moved to the right as far as L1 from a neutral position ln, and the cone body 58a of the sleeve 58 is frictionally engaged with a brake shoe 65, stopping a rotation of the main drive shaft 10, and furthermore this shifter form is moved as long as two minutes in keeping the brake shoe 65 pressed intact against energizing force of a spring 64. A reverse idler gear 54 is moved to, and engaged with a drive gear 51 of this shaft 10 and a driven gear 52 at the sleeve side of a synchronizer 49, thus reverse shifting is completed.

    • PURPOSE:To secure a sufficient discharge port area without causing a defect in structural strength and to obtain an air conditioning machine equipped with a fan having highly static pressure and a large airflow capacity, by a method wherein a vane wheel and a motor are housed in a space surrounded by a top plate, a bottom plate, a heat exchanger, a stepped side plate having an air guider as a unitary structure and a fan cover covering the recessed portion of said side plate, and then the fan cover is detachably fastened to the top plate or to the side plate. CONSTITUTION:A space surrounded by a top plate 11, a bottom plate 12, a side plate 13 and a heat exchanger 4 houses a motor 6 and a vane wheel 15 therein. The side plate 13 integrally incorporated with an air guider 17 is fabricated in a step form and the recessed portion of the side plate is provided with a bell mouth. A fan cover 19 is detachably fastened to the side plate so as to cover the recessed portion thereof. A casing is constituted by the top plate, the bottom plate, the heat exchanger and the side plate with the air guider as the unitary structure, therefore, even if wide openings are provided on the fan cover 19, there is no possibility of causing a defect in structural strength. In addition, since the fan cover 19 is detachably fastened, the vane wheel can be easily cleaned and replaced.
