SOLUTION: A right side idler taper bearing 44 is formed at a specific first diameter B1, and it is composed of a right side idler inner ring 46, a right side idler outer ring 48, and a right side idler roller 50. By rotating the right side idler inner ring 46 integrally with an idler shaft 14, a specific sucking function of the lubricating oil is given. A right side output taper bearing 60 is formed at a second diameter B2 larger than a first diameter B1 of the right side idler taper bearing 44, and it is composed of a right side output inner ring 62, a right side output outer ring 64, and a right side output roller 66. In such a composition, the rotational frequency of the right side output inner ring 62 is made higher than the rotational frequency of the right side idler inner ring 46. When the right side output inner ring 62 is rotated integrally with an output shaft 16, its sucking function of the lubricating oil is made larger than the right side idler taper bearing 44.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the clearance of an oil pan and a transfer case, by forming a boss for insertion and a boss for screwing to superpose the outermost periphery forming line of a fastening seat surface to the outermost periphery forming lines of the right side bearing and the left side bearing. SOLUTION: An insertion boss 60 for a fastening bolt 58 is formed to the right side case 10. A screwing boss 62 for a fastening bolt 58 is formed to the left side case 12. The axial centers F of the insertion boss 60 and the screwing boss 62 are approched to the axial center G of a transfer input shaft 14. To the outermost periphery forming line D of the fastening seat surface 74 of the insertion boss 60, a superposing H with the outermost periphery forming line E of the right side bearing 22 of the input shaft 14 is generated. By such a way, the fastening seat surface 74 of the insertion boss 60 is positioned to the outer side of a transfer case from the installing surface 76 of the right side bearing 22 of the input shaft 14. Consequently, the fastening seat surface 74 is prevented from interfeing with the outer ring of the right side bearing 22 of the input shaft 14.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a play adjusting mechanism of a clutch cable, capable of achieving a noise reduction in time of clutch operation and an improvement in pedal feeling by the way of simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A pin 9 externally provided with a rubber member 10 is inserted into an inner cable 5 and installed in space between an end 8a of a clutch release arm 8 and a nut 7. This rubber member 10 comes to be interposed between the nut 7 and the pin 9 as well as between the pin 9 and the clutch release arm 8 respectively in consequence. Therefore, any noise and engine vibration in time of clutch operation to be transmitted to the clutch release arm 8 are all absorbed by this rubber member 10, preventing these noises vibrations from being propagated to a clutch pedal. Whereby the noise in time of the clutch operation is preventable from occurring, and further, an improvement in pedal feeling is well promotable. Since it is such a structure as being externally provided with the rubber member 10 in the pin 9, a noise reduction in time of the clutch operation and a pedal feeling improvement are all achievable through simple structure.

Here the taking-out position of the shifting cable 42 and the selecting cable 44 can be made nearly the same direction by foldingly forming the shifting lever 14 to a nearly L-shaped state from a nearly center part, and also forming the selecting lever 20 into a nearly straight line state. Consequently the bend condition of each cable 42 and 44 can be made small, the degree of freedom of each cable 42 and 44 at the time of wiring becomes large, and wiring workability can be improved.

At this time, it is possible to assemble the release fork easily and cheaply.
