    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism and a latch device which can circulate a tracing part along a circulation cam groove without using a twisting force of a tracing member. SOLUTION: A projected part 58 is provided which is located in the inside of a cam part 54 from a plane view, and which is smaller than the outside shape of the cam part 54.
