      SOLUTION: A first wiring layer 110 of a circuit board device 100 comprises a first inductor 12 and a second inductor 14. A dielectrics layer 115 comprises a first via 70 and a second via 72 electrically connected to the first inductor 12 and the second inductor 14 respectively. The second wiring layer 120 comprises a bridge line 30 for electrically connecting the first via 70 and the second via 72 together, and a conductor pattern 50 which is provided around the bridge line 30 and has an outer edge at the position beyond the outer edge of the first wiring pattern and second wiring pattern of the first wiring layer 110. The bridge line 30 functions as a coplanar line to suppress occurrence of electromagnetic field.

The conduction of the FETs is inverted in the case of transmission to that of the reception, a transmission signal S2 (frequency f2) reaches the terminal RC from a transmission terminal (TX) via the transmission line 2, and the capacitance of the capacitors C1, C2 is set so that the resonance frequency of a bypass circuit (resonance circuit consisting of the FET3, the C1, C3, and the bonding wire L4) to bypass a very small signal S2 given to the transmission line 1 to the terminal G is in matching with the frequency f2 of a very small signal S2 given to the transmission line 1. As a result, the isolation characteristic between the transmission lines 1, 2 in the case of the transmission and reception is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of a load by switching only a switch for signal route switching corresponding to transmission or reception, and always supplying power so as to share a mixer in the transmission and reception.
