    • PURPOSE:To prevent an unreasonable force from being exerted on a wall panel and to improve durability and reliability by a method wherein a bolt having the non-continuous region of a screw groove is inserted through the oblong hole of a mounting plate and screwed in the anchor nut of a wall panel. CONSTITUTION:An anchor nut 14 is previously embedded in a wall panel 12, and a mounting plate 17 having a laterally long hole 19 is secured to a pillar by welding and the like. A bolt 18 having the non-continuous region of a screw groove on the head part side is inserted through an oblong hole 19 of the mounting plate 17, and a nut member 20 is joined in a screwed manner with a nut member 20 to screw in the anchor nut 14 of the wall panel 12. The screwing-in limit position of the nut member 20 is regulated by means of the non-continuous region of the screw groove of the bolt 18, and movement of the wall panel 12 is allowed by means of the oblong hole 19 of the mounting plate 17. This constitution enables an unreasonable force to be prevented from being exerted on the wall panel 12 even when the wall panel 12 is changed relatively based on the pillar.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to remarkably improve the production of precast concrete panel by a constitution wherein movable side plates are allowed to move on a surface plate through sliding means. CONSTITUTION:A second movable side plate 25 is produced by fixing a mounting plate, the length of which corresponds to the length of the short side of a precast concrete panel to be cast, and a side mold 30 to a movable frame 26 and, after that, moved on the surface plate 1 along the direction indicated with the arrows B through a sliding means 35 in order to set the distance between a second fixed side plate 7 and the second movable side plate 25 equal to the length of the long side of the precast concrete panel to be cast. Next, a first movable side plate 20 is moved along the direction indicated with the arrows A through a sliding means 19 so as to abut a side mold 23 mounted to the first movable side plate 20 against the end of the second movable side plate 25. Under the conditions as just described above, fixing pins 38 are inserted in through holes 37 of the respective movable side plates 20 and 25 in order to fix the movable side plates 20 and 25 to the fixed side plates 3 and 7.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a wall from being damaged at the time of earthquake by making up each backing member in shape out of a center horizontal section and of descending slant sections at the both ends of it when the right and left end sections of a wall panel are backed up on the backing member fixed on the column of a building frame so as to be installed. CONSTITUTION:An angle 13 is welded to the wall panel 12 installation side of a column 11. Then, each backing member 17 the backing surface 19 of which is composed of a center horizontal section and of descending slant section at the both ends of it, is provided. In the second place, the backing members 17 are welded onto the column 11 so that multiple panels 12 are rested on said members. After a stationary plate 15 and an installation plate 16 have been threadedly attached to bolts 14 provided for the panels 12, the tip end sections of these plates are welded onto the angle 13 so that the panels 12 are fixed onto the column 11. This constitution enables the wall panels to be stably backed up ususally, and also prevents the end section of the backing member from cutting into the panels to the extent that the panels are cracked at the time of earthquake, thereby making it possible to enhance durability.
