Since a sucking member simply holds the workpiece by suction at this time, the workpiece is slid in a sucked state and its core in the long side direction coincides with the core of a center shaft 3. Then, the holding roller 7d in the short side is brought into contact with the long side of the workpiece and by holding the workpiece while pressing this in the center direction, the center of the short side of the workpiece coincides with the axial center of the center shaft 3.

Next, this is transported to a mold opening mechanism 14, and a resin molded piece is removed. Furthermore, a carbon substrate of a predetermined diameter is cut from the resin molded piece by a shape cutter 18.

The meandering cooling water passage 14 communicating with a water supply passage 20 and a water discharge passage (not shown in the figure) is formed on the rear of the supporting part 3, and the bottom plate 13 is brazed, closely attached and fixed. As a result, the target 2 is easily brazed, the transmittance of the magnetic field is enhanced, and cooling is efficiently carried out.

In other words, the screw mechanism 10 and the swing mechanism 20 use one AC servomotor 3 as driving source in common. Therefore, the swing movement and torsional movement on the contact surface between the artificial bone 1 and a cup 2 are mechanically synchronized and can be operated.
