    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric-field light-emitting element which has high luminance and significantly long half-life even at low driving voltages. SOLUTION: The organic electric-field light-emitting element 100 includes an anode layer 10, an organic luminescent layer 12, and a cathode layer 16 and includes an inorganic compound layer 14 between the organic luminescent layer and cathode layer. In the organic electric-field light-emitting element 100, the organic luminescent layer contains an aromatic amine compound of a formula (1), and/or an aromatic amine compound of a formula (2). In formula (1), a symbol A, and substituents Ar 1 and Ar 2 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 60 aromatic group which contains neither a styryl group nor an alkenyl group, at least one of the symbol A, and substituents Ar 1 and Ar 2 is a substituted or unsubstituted group which contains at least three or more condensed aromatic rings, and a condensation number (p) is an integer of 1 to 6. In formula (2), a symbol B, and substituents Ar 3 , Ar 4 , Ar 5 , and Ar 6 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 60 aromatic group which contains neither a styryl group nor an alkenyl group, at least one of the symbol B and the substituents Ar 3 , Ar 4 , Ar 5 , and Ar 6 is a substituted or unsubstituted group which contains at least three or more condensed aromatic rings, and condensation numbers (q) and (r) are independently an integer of 1 to 6.
